Location & fun amenities. The best in town for the price
Pros:

It's off Season so no breakfast, but the quaint lobby has a fireplace; & they have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi! Bonus! And coffee was always in & fresh - even decaf in the evening.

Cons:

For the price, I was quite pleased.

The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant.

Cons:

The room smelled terrible! Was almost unbearable sleeping. Property looked run down inside. Looked like it hadn’t had any updates in a long time.

The hotel desk staff person was nice.

Cons:

Terrible hotel. Breakfast was “cancelled” even though it was advertised as included. Room was dingy and poorly maintained. Broken lamp, broken hairdryer, missing fire alarm. Overall, a dodgy and uncomfortable place.

Great customer service. Clean, nice room, coffee and hot water available anytime.i really loved the room. It was so much better than I expected considering the price. I will choose this hotel every time I stay in Loveland!

Cons:

checked in, gave us a room that hadnt been cleaned. no one at front desk, had to call a number, and wait for someone to come over from motel next door. then they had to figure out what was going on with room. had to change rooms. that whole thing took an hour :(
