Just want to give a shout out to the manager that helped my daughter after she was in an accident on the interstate. I truly appreciate the staff that helped her out while I traveled to pick her up. We have no family around the area and don’t what we would have done without your help.

Good location just off I-75, nice clean room & bed, good breakfast and welcoming staff. This is the good quality stay that I have grown to expect at Hampton Inns. This location was in process of renovating the entire 1st floor, including the lobby and breakfast area. The staff had managed for the work to be done in well-thought work hours and housekeeping to minimize the inconvenience to guests.

Pros:

Very disappointing. Parts are under construction.Construction crew was hammering away first thing in the morning making it impossible to sleep. The staff is very rude. Disorganized.Argumentative over extra trash bags for the room . .Doors slamming shut throughout the early morning hours. The shower doesn’t work at the pool. No where to put wet towels. Fitness center closed. Key cards worked intermittently Can’t wait to leave . Truly disappointed.

There was construction going on in the Lobby and first floor, yet on the third floor it sounded like it was in the next room. Very upsetting they charge full price for the inconvenience, mess and noise.

In spite of the renovations going on, the staff were so well-prepared to provide excellent service. The dining room staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, paying special attention to my husband who is disabled.
