I travel for buisness often. Always stay at a Hampton Inn. This Hampton is by far the best. Clean, welcoming, comfortable and the best staff I've ever dealt with. Kudos to ALL.

I was able to reserve the conference meeting room at the last minute with the help of the manager Sharon Del Costillo. She ensured that the meeting was clean, set up and went out of her way to ensure that all was well. Her staff was very attentive to my requests and so very polite. My room was immaculate, and all was well. I love the bedding from Hampton Inn.

my wife and I, from out of state, are visiting family for our grandson’s 5th birthday here in Lake City. I wanted to compliment JuJu at the front desk and Kyle in maintenance for going WAY above their duties to make our stay extraordinary! We’re celebrating his birthday today at the pool, and they made it happen and then some. The table with a pool umbrella was set up by the pool, and I was hoping we could bring the umbrella tables to back area. She got Kyle to make it happen, and I really appreciate their going overboard to accommodate what we needed. My request could have easily been shot down to “company policy” , but their customer service and desire to put their guests first came through. They both deserve special recognition and a day off with pay!

…oh, and the hotel is fantastic

This hotel hands down has been one of the best we have stayed at and we travel to many places! The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, the pool was taken care of and the breakfast was amazing!!!! Rosalie was so sweet and helpful. What a pleasure meeting her. Other staff was also very kind and helpful.
We hope to stay here again.

Our softball team stayed at the Hampton Inn for the Babe Ruth State tournament and had a fantastic time. The staff was so hospitable and accommodating every step of the way. The rooms were renovated, breakfast was always hot and fresh, and everything was clean! Special shoutout to Sharon and Rona who helped our team throughout the planning leading up to our stay as well as during our stay. If we’re ever back up here we will most certainly stay here again.

We have recently converted to Hilton fans after a long time being loyal to another brand, Hilton continues to impress us. We stopped here as a halfway point from South ATL to the beach. We were fortunate to stay in a double queen studio suite. This room was MASSIVE!!! Our kids didn’t want to leave. Hysterically, the room was about as big as the entire adorable rental house we had at the beach and the boys definitely noticed. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was friendly, the pool gave us some much needed exercise after a very long drive. A wee bit unfortunate that someone took too hot of a shower somewhere and set off the fire alarm pretty early in the morning. But we turned it into a positive, the alarm got us up and moving and we were able to be relaxed before check out. We will definitely use this Hampton again next year!!
