Excelente opción
Pros:

La alberca es climatizada, la decoración es excelente, el personal es siempre muy atento. La ubicación es muy buena.

La quinta y la alberca

Cons:

Su personal de recepción son muy grosero y muy mal educados. No pudeo creer que los personas de la limpieza san más amables y respetuosas que el personal de recepción.
Aparté esta muy caro para no tener bufé para sus huéspedes y más por los que vamos por mas dias.
La tele de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien y casi no contestan el teléfono los de restaurante y los de resecion recepción.
Y la televisión por lo menos que tenga aplicaciones para ver películas y no para ver canales normales.
Y la verdad yo si les quitó una estrella por el mal servicio que tiene.

Good reate, fare confort
Pros:

The hotel has a very good price, it is old but sitll confortable, the room is big and the staff is friendly. This used to be a luxury hotel.

Cons:

it is too old, the lack of proper maintenance is noticed all around. Everything works well, just be prepare to stay in a hotel thar used to be luxury 30 years ago.

The perfect place for a week long stay with family and friends for our son’s wedding.
Pros:

A wonderful property and the rooms were outstanding. Very nice staff.

Cons:

The restaurant was overpriced which meant we ate out more than we would have done.

Not comfortable and no good service.

The hotel is pretty

Cons:

It requieres renovación. Specially on the mattresses. The mattress was as hard as a rock and very old. We couldn’t sleep. So disappointed. We had a really nice suite but bed was so uncomfortable. The personnel at the front desk not very nice and terrible service at the restaurant. Prices so high and service terrible. We decided go have a breakfast somewhere else…

A hotel with good potential and a past positive experience, but currently very poorly maintained
Pros:

En mi estancia anterior (noviembre) el hotel cumplió muy bien: la alberca estaba climatizada, el hotel y las habitaciones estaban limpias, y el precio de la habitación estaba bien balanceado en relación costo–beneficio. Aunque la comida es cara, en esa ocasión no me importó pagarla por la experiencia general. El personal del restaurante fue muy amable.

Cons:

En esta estancia de febrero la experiencia fue totalmente distinta.
Desde la llegada, en recepción no mostraron flexibilidad, nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista y nos hicieron esperar hasta la hora oficial de check-in, a pesar de que el hotel estuvo prácticamente vacío durante los tres días; no había razón real para no entregarla antes. Tuvimos que esperar en una oficina y finalmente nos la dieron apenas unos 20 minutos antes.

La alberca estaba congelada e imposible de usar, además de muy sucia, con tierra flotando e insectos. Las fuentes estaban sin agua y sucias, el jardín completamente descuidado, con el pasto seco y amarillo. El servicio fue muy deficiente, con poco personal disponible, y en recepción el trato fue seco y poco amable.

Aunque en el restaurante el trato fue cordial, el precio fue excesivo: una hamburguesa, un sándwich y tres refrescos costaron $1,650 MXN (propina incluida). Finalmente, a mi esposa le comentaron que el hotel no se procura en temporada baja, lo cual resulta inaceptable.
