La alberca
La limpieza, había pelos en la regadera cuando llegamos y se tardaron 3 dias en limpiar, y mi último día me faltaba dinero en mi habitación al preguntar al personal todos se contradecía dándome diferentes pretextos
When we arrived at the room there was someone else's hair in the bathtub and I asked more than 5 times to clean it, I went down repeatedly to the lobby to request that it be cleaned and it was only ignored until finally the gentleman at the door helped me with my problem but still every time I asked or asked the reception to clean my shower please, since that is not very hygienic they only made faces and judged me and in the end it took me 3 days to clean up Clean up, I also left my wallet in my invitation where I had my money and when I went to sleep and woke up I was missing $360 in my wallet, I go to the front desk to claim that I was missing my money and they only took my data and told me that I would receive a call from the manager after I checked the cameras because they didn't even propose to check the cameras just saying that it hadn't happened, when I'm 100% sure that my money was there because before I went to the office I told him about sleep, however after several hours the manager did not mark me so I marked the reception and asked if they had found anything and the manager mentioned that she had just seen the video and no one entered the room but when she requested to see the video her voice changed and she told me that the manager of the next day could show it to me, the next day I asked another of the managers if she could show me the video and she told me that they had no video, (contradicting the other manager) after res. Sometimes I told her that the other person told me that she would show me the video, she told me that she would see what she could do and after an hour she showed me a video from the day before but in the day of the night that was when I mentioned that I had lost my money, so in the end I didn't get anything back and only covered their backs with each other. My review is bad because the way I was treated was not fair, I was respectful and honest all the time and I was not treated the same way, I would not return to this hotel as I was very, very disappointed in the service and that my money was stolen, I think I have no desire to return or recommend it.

La ubicacion y tematica son buenas, el personal tambien es amable.
Habia cabellos en la tina de hidromasaje y en las batas de baño, se notifico al personal del hotel, pero no mostro interes en resolver o por lo menos ofrecer algun detalle minimo de cortesia
