Parkhauspreis exorbitant teuer.

Reinkommen und wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ich habe sehr gut darin geschlafen.
Parken unten im Parkhaus und mit dem Fahrstuhl hoch ins Hotel, war super. Kostet jedoch 20Euro pro Tag extra.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl.
Frühstück war auch super. Ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Gutes Ambiente, schlechter Service!
Pros:

Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet.
Schade, dass man sich Seitens der Leitung des Hotels nicht vorstellt. Kugelschreiber und Notizblock sollten doch bei den Preisen kein Problem sein oder?

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr einfach. Es fehlte Fisch und das Angebot von frisch zubereiteten Spiegeleiern.
Brötchen waren oft nicht mehr vorhanden und man sollte warten, bis nachgelegt wird. Das muss das Personal sehen!
Teilweise gab es Käse vom Vortag. Somit war dieser hart und kaum genießbar.
Es genügt nicht nur abzuräumen von Geschirr, es sollte auch als guter Kundendienst nach Wünschen gefragt werden.
Eine Beschriftung der verschiedenen Joghurtsorten ist normalerweise Standard.
Allgemein war das Frühstück lieblos und phantasielos angerichtet.
Somit haben wir auch auf ein Abendessen verzichtet, da wir der Küche nicht vertrauten.
Ebenso fehlten auf den Zimmern Hygieneartikel, die zum Standard jedes gehobenen Hotels gehören.

Der Service muss verbessert werden!!!!
