Globalement déçue pour un soi disant 5* d’après booking.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
La plage est jolie.

Cons:

Les services proposés, pas de bar, un restaurant buffet qui propose les mêmes plats chaque soir.
Pas de lieu convivial pour se retrouver le soir après dîner. Et une partie lobby très sale:Tapis et canapé.

lovely, comfortable hotel directly on the beach
Pros:

location directly on the beach was very good, but also far from public transport, which was not so good
breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, Japanese and Western
we used the restaurant for dinner once and also the BBQ at the beach. Food was great, but also too expensive
the rooms are big and comfortable, and the balcony was niece, but could do with a blast from the pressure washer

poor availability of public transport
dinner and BBQ were very expensive
balcony needs a deep clean with the pressure washer

Pros:

海外の様なおしゃれな雰囲気とプールから海が続いているのが最高です！
朝ご飯も美味しくて朝から満足でした！

Cons:

受付までの誘導の方々が言葉もなかなか通じず、聞いた質問を理解していなかったのが辛かったです。片言でもいいのでホテルのシステムを理解して働いてほしいです。

Cons:

The facilities had to pay for indoor pool and no bar to relax at the end of the day but worse only 2 out of 4 restaurants open, I would not recommend this hotel but have to say the staff were brilliant and friendly

Pros:

Great location and we particularly loved the bbq restaurant on the beach

Cons:

The carpet in the room was badly worn and emitted an unpleasant odor. When you enter, it smells strongly of dampness. The outdated furnitures make the room looks dirty.

ゆっくり休息がとれました。ありがとうございます。
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、ホテルも広々としてとてもくつろげました。朝食も早くから食べられ、種類も多くたくさんたべられました。荷物制限のため、最小の荷物だった為、本とか持っていっていなかったので、暇な時間の費やすのにとても退屈だったので、もう少し本を置いてほしかったです。

Very relaxing stay and I would stay here again
Pros:

Variety of restaurants multiple pools and easy beach access

Cons:

Did not have fitness center. Some shops and restaurants were closed during my stay. It was further away from popular places but that’s not the hotel’s fault I should have done more research

Our favourite part of our Japan holiday!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were, without a doubt, the kindest, most friendliest, people we met in Japan.
Everyone from the guys who met us to take our suitcase to the chefs who made our breakfast and dinner each day, just beautiful people.
The location is stunning. Beautiful private beach, pool area is fantastic and has life guards on duty for extra eyes on the kids.
Even had a little shop selling drinks and souvenirs.
We loved it here and would recommend Okinawa and this hotel to anyone hoping to escape the chaos of the mainland for a bit.

Cons:

The rooms are fine, comfortable with great views. If the carpets and cabinetry were replaced it would improve the look as they are a little dated now. However everything else about the hotel made up for it.

Great choice, I’ll be back again.
Pros:

Staff was really nice, rooms were clean and comfy, and some amazing views when the weather cleared up.

Cons:

Not much, had everything I needed except an ATM.
