Perfect place to relax and finish off a busy month in Japan
Pros:

Lovely and clean, direct access to a beautiful beach, great selection at breakfast and a number of restaurants on site. staff were very friendly and helpful all in all a relaxing stay

El hotel destaca por su ambiente acogedor y un personal muy amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, como piscinas interior y exterior, y acceso a una de las playas más bonitas de la isla. Aunque está algo apartado, ofrece diversas actividades cercanas como talleres de artesanía, trabajo en vidrio o paseos a caballo. Las habitaciones son amplias para los estándares de Japón y tienen bonitas vistas, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable.

Cons:

La limpieza general de las habitaciones no fue satisfactoria; en varias ocasiones se percibía un fuerte olor a humedad y a alfombra, lo que daba la sensación de poca higiene. La oferta gastronómica dentro del hotel es limitada, con solo algunos restaurantes y opciones poco variadas, lo que dificulta la alimentación, especialmente si no se es afín a la comida japonesa. Además, la ubicación es bastante apartada y hay pocas alternativas en los alrededores, por lo que la experiencia se limita principalmente a las instalaciones del hotel.

Nice enough place, but the smell of the room, and outdated and old furniture, balcony lets it down
Pros:

the staff were great and the private beach was fantastic. Location was okay too.

Cons:

The smell in the room was bad, the hotel needs updating, old furniture, dirty balcony, very un-Japanese. Not what we were expecting at all.

Pros:

目の前のビーチは良かった。

Cons:

部屋の建具の至る所が塗装も剥げて痛んでおり、べらんだの床も汚れていました。朝ごはんは40分以上待ちで入ったタイミングでラストオーダーですし朝食レストランスタッフ(案内係)も親切ではありませんでした。

Pros:

安心安定の日光アリビラ。
今回の宿泊は2度目。前回宿泊した際に、快適でホスピタリティも文句なしだったので、次の沖縄旅行はまたアリビラに、と思っていたので再度宿泊しました。
朝食ビュッフェがとても楽しみで、他のホテルと比べてもやはりワンランク上のお料理でした。
少しずつ古さも出てきてはいますが、安心感と心の落ち着き感、そしてお料理や接客のおもてなしは新しいホテルより勝っているかと！！
また沖縄へ旅行の際は泊まりたいと思います。

Mooi hotel en heerlijk genoten.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goed onderhouden, heerlijk eten

Cons:

Bij ontbijt was het vaak druk en wachttijd/rij om naar binnen te mogen. Dit was van te voren niet verteld waardoor we 1 dag vroeg weg moesten en niet konden ontbijten maar wel take away konden halen. Dat was jammer

Spiaggia bellissima, colazione a scelta tra 3 ristoranti, staff gentile e alla mano, piscina e servizi annessi ok, stanza ok con tutto il necessario, acqua gratuita molto apprezzata.
Il resort è carino ma non è lusso lusso.

Cons:

Reception che dalle 21 non c'è più fino alla mattina dopo, se mangi in uno dei ristoranti il prezzo è altino, moquette puzzicchia, piscina interiore a pagamento - noi siamo arrivate in un giorno di pioggia - almeno quando piove visto che del resto non possiamo usufruire la piscina non fatela pagare per un paio d'ore.
Non c'è nessuno che pulisce la spiaggia - era piena di rifiuti e questo è un enorme dispiacere.

Beautiful location, would recommend
Pros:

Lovely spacious room, view plus a balcony and great overall location right on the beach. Also had parking and a convenience store on the premises

Cons:

We were there outside of peak and a couple of the restaurants were closed. Also would have been good to have some more reasonably priced places to eat at the resort.
