Impressive but a bit dated hotel
Pros:

About 1 hour+ from the airport. The hotel has an overall distinctive style, almost like a huge Spanish villa. Very impressive.
There was a food truck by the pool with great cocktails and good value for money. The beach was gorgeous, the pool was large and beautiful, and our room was very spacious.

We had to leave earlier than planned due to a typhoon, and we were refunded for the remaining nights. Thanks again!

Cons:

The hotel felt a bit dated, and some staff had difficulty with English. Breakfast was available at several local spots, but it was completely overcrowded. You had to take a number and wait to be let into the room, and we once waited 45 minutes. There were a lot of rooms for relatively few resources.

Cons:

Bisogna inserirsi in una waiting list ogni mattina con molto anticipo per poter fare colazione. Il servizio SPA non è adeguato al numero di residenti nella struttura (funziona solo il pomeriggio ed è sempre fully booked).

Disappointing and not worth $4000 NZD!!!

It had a lovely beach.

Cons:

Ok so this place needs some maintenance, it’s old, needs a water blast, a paint and mow the lawns! The QR code system for booking breakfast is a shambles, it doesn’t work, the first day there was a 80 min wait for breakfast so we didn’t have any, took a cab to ‘89 Cafe’ which is a 10 min cab ride and that was the highlight of the stay! We went back again….
When you arrive there’s no bar to have a cocktail in the sun, there’s an old fashioned lounge with cakes and a few drinks, a food truck is near the pool which opens at 1pm.
We didn’t get our room cleaned once, we were there 5 days, they came around about 4.30pm which at that time we were back in our room freshening up. Good shower.
Of course the people are really lovely.

Rimpiango non aver scelto un’altra struttura per la mia vacanza.
Pros:

La spiaggia. La sabbia non è morbida e ci sono molti coralli entrando, ma è ampia ed è facile trovare posto negli ombrelloni e lettini a disposizione. L’acqua è chiara e pulita. La rete di protezione è un’imposizione che non permette di goderne appieno (e non saprai mai se è esagerata rispetto ai rischi reali).

Cons:

Più di un’ora di attesa per poter fare colazione, come minimo. Un’ora buttata in ognuno dei tuoi giorni di vacanza perché sono incapaci di gestire gli spazi rispetto al numero di ospiti. Inaccettabile. La struttura e le camere sono vecchie, maltenute e mal pulite. Il ristorante, se mai ti venisse in mente di provarlo la sera, è carissimo e di pessima qualità e servizio.
