ホテルのロビーも部屋もスパも全てが綺麗で快適でした。毎月数回各地のホテルに泊まりますが、くるぶしソックスがあったのは初めてでしたし「痒いところに手が届く」素晴らしいサービスでした。スパの利用時間が10時まででしたが、夜ご飯を食べに行ったら間に合わないのでせめてあと1時間延ばして頂きたいです。また、チェックアウトも同じく11時にして頂ければ、次回は朝食付きプランで予約しようと思いました。

Pros:

とても綺麗で、気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。ただ一つ、子供連れで荷物が多くあったのですが、置くところがなく椅子の上に置くと、もう椅子には座れない状況でした。もう少し荷物を置くスペースがあれば嬉しいです。

どの部屋からも、ほぼ全開で海が見えることも素晴らしい。部屋内のゆったり入れるお風呂からも海が全開で見える。
隣接するスパも無料で使えて、本当にのんびりゆったりできました。

Pros:

Lovely hotel, impeccable service and great breakfast. Initially, there was a little issue with the toilet and i got upgraded to a nice suite on the 5th floor; that's the way you look after your customers.

素敵な施設でゆっくり過ごすことができました。朝食をいただきましたが、おいしかったです。今回はあまり時間がなかったので、周辺の環境を楽しむことが十分できませんでしたので、また来る機会を作れたらと思いました。

めっちゃ綺麗でサービスも良くしていただいたのですが、大浴場へ行く為に一旦外に出ないと行けないのと大浴場の営業時間の短さがもったいなかったです。
