Cons:

Teniendo aire acondicionado no había forma de regular la temperatura, puesto que estaba en unos grados establecidos y no pudimos cambiar nada, lo comentamos con recepción y nos dieron una información que no me pareció correcta.

Value for money hotel in a good location but be mindful of those pillows
Pros:

Value for money budget hotel. We did get the air con to work but had to have a window open too, by nature there was some outside noise but we were glad to be at the back of the hotel, away from the street noise. The shower was very efficient and we appreciated the toilet being separate from the bathroom. The shower was very efficient. Good location, close to an u-bahn stop with a s-bahn stop directly opposite. We stayed 2 nights but only had breakfast for one, due to an early check out on leaving and we enjoyed it, had enough of everything we needed. Receptionist was most helpful too, which was appreciated as we arrived on a hot and humid day

Cons:

Poor pillows that had no support whatsover - not untypical for Germany sadly. We were prepared for this and had brought blow up pillows. Not sure I really liked the key code for entry but that's simply because we weren't used to it.

Rezeption war gut, Personal nett, Frühstück war lecker

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer 302 und war leider sehr enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit. Auf dem Bett waren kleine schwarze Haare, und auch im Badezimmer waren Haare zu finden. Selbst auf der Klobrille befanden sich kleine Härchen. Das Waschbecken war ebenfalls nicht sauber.

Außerdem hat das Badezimmer stark nach Urin gerochen, sodass ich sogar Deo versprühen musste, um den Geruch einigermaßen auszuhalten. Auch auf den Handtüchern befanden sich Haare. Für mich ist das in einem Hotelzimmer absolut nicht akzeptabel – Sauberkeit und Hygiene sollten eigentlich selbstverständlich sein.

Meine beiden Kollegen hatten ebenfalls jeweils ein Einzelzimmer und bei ihnen war alles sauber. Deshalb war es für mich besonders enttäuschend, dass ausgerechnet mein Zimmer in diesem Zustand war. Offensichtlich wurde Zimmer 302 vor meiner Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt und kontrolliert.

So etwas ist mir bei einem Hotelaufenthalt bisher noch nie passiert. Ich erwarte bei der Ankunft ein sauberes und hygienisches Zimmer und nicht ein Badezimmer mit starkem Uringeruch, Haaren auf der Klobrille und den Handtüchern sowie einem unsauberen Waschbecken.

Insgesamt bin ich von der Zimmerreinigung sehr enttäuscht und finde, dass ein solcher Zustand für ein Hotelzimmer nicht akzeptabel ist. Ich hoffe, dass künftig deutlich mehr Wert auf eine gründliche Reinigung und Kontrolle der Zimmer gelegt wird.

Pros:

That we could open the windows to air out because the room was a bit stuffy

Cons:

Upon check in I found the room to be very dirty. Not cleaned. Empty beer bottles laying around, rubbish can overflowing with rubbish, and bed was a total tip!, went to reception to tell them then they issued another room. We got there and someone was asleep in it. Finally the 3rd try we finally got a clean room. They need to improve this somehow.
