Beyond wonderful. Rooms were to die for. As if we were staying in Holyrood castle!
Pros:

Gorgeous in every way! Thrilling location. The physical garden just out the bedroom window was beautiful.

Wonderful apartment ideal for the station, Castle and Holyrood.
Pros:

The apartment was immaculate, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. All was quiet, didn't hear anything during the night. The location was ideal for the station and everything on the Royal Mile and surroundings. Communication was great, all queries before and after the visit were answered quickly.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

当日のその時間まで連絡がこないことに加え、コード番号を押しても入室できないトラブルもあった。たまたまいたスタッフが対応してくれたので、お部屋を変えてもらいはいれたのでよかったけど、焦りました

Beautiful, thoughtful, comfortable; the best of the best
Pros:

Everything, I took my mum here as a special treat and she was amazed by the visual appearance of this accommodation. The location is brilliant, the facilities are wonderful, and extremely high quality - even the tea bags were fancy. Very importantly, it was extremely clean too. Very happy, feel like it couldn’t be improved upon.

Cons:

The only thing I’d say (and this is perhaps because I was being silly) is that the entry door isn’t super obvious. The instructions said it was the door on the right, and when I opened the door initially, I just saw the garden - so assumed this wasn’t the right way. A sign inside this area pointing towards the rooms direction may help, but maybe I was just being daft in my panic!

Pros:

Très bel appartement , l'équipement est de qualité, la literie au top.
Pas trop bruyant la nuit, c'est moins vrai en journée.
Bien situé pour explorer Edimbourg avec en plus un parking payant à proximité.

Cons:

poubelle non vidée à notre arrivée.

Excellent quality apartment in good central location
Pros:

beautiful apartment. centrally located opposite parliament at bottom of Royal mile. Very comfortable.

had to phone company to get access code as they didn't email me - but otherwise no problems.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The location was fantastic! We did not expect to be next to a castle!

Cons:

It was a little confusing to find at first and our cab driver from the train station was baffled. For directions (walking and Uber) we found entering The Queen's Gallery was best.

Perfect get away, so close to the Palace. Loved the history of the place, beautifully done inside!
Pros:

Location was perfect. We were there for the Royal Garden Party, and couldn’t be any closer to the Royal Palace and grounds.

Cons:

Parking - but due to the occasion everywhere was policed and coned off!!

Cozy hotel with a kitchen, convenience and quiet location.
Pros:

A bit far from the very center of the city but located just next to Holyrood palace and offers good access to Royal Mile.
The room was cozy and clean .
I just wish there had been a washing machine inside the room (It is in the lounge).

Cons:

Worried about transportation to the airport on New Yea’s Day, I asked the hotel to pre-book a cab in advance.
They offered a chauffeur service ,which was a bit expensive.
I agreed with the offer because I wanted to be on the safer side . It would have been more helpful if they had provided more affordable options as well.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Unique and characterful too!

Cons:

Parking was difficult - ended up parking in the recommended place which was a good 8 minutes walk away. But did get a discount when mentioning where we stayed!
