pool was good
Cons:

the room bathtub was EXTREMELY slippery we had to place a towel in the bottom of the tub. Also we borrowed a small chair for my disabled daughter so she wouldn't fall down while showering.

When my wife and I first arrived we had to be moved to another room because our room was damp and smelly from Hvac system.

There was no notification that I had to request my room cleaned. After discovering this from the staff I requested to have my room cleaned and they still didn't provide the service. So we had to stay in a room for 3 days with dirty tiles and an unmade bed! I was attracted to this place because it displayed from the pictures to appear to very nice place. I chose this place to celebrate my 47th wedding anniversary.

I was totally disappointed!
