The water park and pool
Curtains were damaged and wouldn’t close, stains on the carpet, damaged floor, remote and tv channels were slow to access/didn’t work. Alarm clock didn’t work and the clock was an hour behind- couldn’t set it to the correct clock time. Can’t order from the restaurants from the hotel phone- no room delivery service. Does not meet the quality or service standards of a “resort”. No ice machine on the second floor.
Pool area for the children, lazy river. Close to the beach. Close to nearby restaurants, aquarium. Room clean
No sidewalk to all available entrances.
The back door to the building did not close completely. The entrance at both back doors had trash in the foyer. Need a closer bathroom at the pool area.
We enjoyed the water park, of course. The Hippi Fish Arcade was a fun thing to do when it rained. We also enjoyed the miniature golf course, though it was an awfully hot day. V
The restaurant prices could have been more reasonable.
my family loved the waterpark and arcade. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. the location was close to the park and fishing pier. there was plenty to do in the area. the waterpark is probably the best thing, my family loved it. we would stay again,
the wait for our room was longer than expected. the part of the hotel we stayed was limited on where you could enter. the staff seemed over whelmed at times in the hippy fish restaurant. the rooms could have been colder for me personally. needs microwaves in the rooms.
We tried the apartments for the first time and they were well worth it! Everything you need. The pool and lazy river never disappoint.

The service at all on site restaurants was awful
The meals were great! Very delicious. The mattress was uncomfortable and due to the weather the tv wasn’t working. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, no late check out so that the kids could enjoy the pool when it cleared up. Overall great! Definitely would return

My kids and I loved the pool and arcade.
The food was great, service was great. Kids enjoyed the Hippie Fish,including the games and playing golf. They had a blast at the water park also.
Wish the game room stayed opened longer. The snack shack and the bars need to stock up with more stuff. They were out of allot of things. More umbrellas for around the pool areas.
The location was nice. room was good
there are no microwaves, the parking was not good, the housekeeping was not good..had to aske for towels and used ones were never taken out of the room. park and the grill closed at the same time.
Beautiful grounds with access to a fun waterpark
The rooms were very warm and past their prime with stained carpets and torn furniture.
