Beautiful Resort, clean facilities, nice and friendly staff!
I have no dislikes
I loved how the buildings were spread out . It felt more personal than a condominium, where everyone is stacked on top of each other, fighting for an elevator. I also loved how the kids’ water play area was separate from the adult pool.
I would have liked a microwave in my hotel room.
The water slides and pool area were nice.
No AC in the room. Moved us to another room that also didn’t have AC. Both rooms smelled like mildew and they had a table fan in each room to make up for not having a working AC. Asked for a full refund and they said they couldn’t do it because we booked it through Booking.com
Moved us to a third room that had a working AC but it didn’t work well.
They tried to double charge us for the resort fee that was already paid for.

A bench would be nice in the designated smoking areas.
Everything but the heat💗 my room wouldnt cool enough to control my asthma but other than that it was exceptionally terrific!!!! I’ll be back
Lazy River and food bar
Everything it reminds me of a cool college dorm with responsibility ppl hanging out there!
The air conditioner couldn’t cool enough for my asthma so I left a little early due to the heat!
The set up is fantastic, I agree it doesn’t need golf carts . I learned how to walk amazingly fast! Thank you!!!!

pool and lazy river needed someone to run a net through it to get the loose debris out the water

Oasis most definitely is the best part, including the lazy river with float in bar including the small slides for kids!
Prices of food and arcade are considerably high for what you have to pay to be in a room itself

A bit too heavy on spraying scent in the hallways and rooms
Very family friendly. Love that we could just walk across the road to the beach. 2 restaurants at the hotel, and an arcade as well! The pool area was fantastic!
The one thing that would have made our room better would have been to have a microwave in the room. Traveling with kids, it would be nice to have a way to warm food for them in the evening when they are too exhausted to go out to eat.
