Pros:

the staff at the Oasis grill were amazing ! the arcade was fun, the pool, lazy river and kids slides were fun. our suite was really nice.

Cons:

The front desks check in process was hard , the staff member didn't know what she was doing and couldn't find my reservation. the pool ran out of towels.
