Oasis Resort Gulfport

Hotel and pool facilities were amazing! Oasis Grill was a different story. Went to have breakfast waited over 40 minutes for our food to get it ice cold. Had to chase my server down to pay my bill. In the process of paying she let me know she knew our food was ready but too busy to bring it to us. Also while at the pool went into sweet shack to get a few slices of pizza for my family. The dough was COMPLETELY raw. Got another still raw. Everything. Else great wouldn’t really recommend the Grill

Business trip, but family came as well! Nice quiet place, kid friendly, but adults enjoy it as well.

Beautiful place! Clean and fresh. One complaint is how loud the doors are when they shut. The walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbors or they are in and out of the door alot, you hear it all. Suggestion: the pool area needs to be heated during the colder months. We couldnt even use the water park bands because it was so cold.

Facility was great, the pool area was very nice and the staff at the pool was friendly and polite.
Only issue we had was staying for an entire week, and never had our room serviced. No bed sheet changes, no trash being emptied, and had to call several times to get new towels for showers. There was no place to hang the towels so they never fully dried, and didn't get replaced until we called to request it.

Our room was Perfect,and so was the pool/water park.

It was a great place to stay. Staff was very nice!

I really loved it. Only issue I had was the smell. I felt like I was in Victoria secret. Would not recommend if you can’t handle strong smells. I had a migraine the whole night.

The property was good was clean smelt fresh and clean but in our building the WiFi was poor connection and on phone no pickup for wifi

This is a great resort right across the street from the beach. Kids loved the pool area which had great slides, lazy river and play area. Restaurant on property was great. Mini atcade was a hit with the kids as well. Short drive to outlet mall and resteraunts.

Loved Staying Here! I'm already planning my next visit to Biloxi and will stay here! :-)

This property was an 8/10. The check in and out was very easy. They have luggage carts, elevators and mini fridges in the rooms. The hallways and rooms are decorated nicely and super clean. They have a small dessert/snack store and a full service cafe on site. The outside of the property is amazing. It is gated with several buildings throughout the the property and a giant fountain in the middle of it all. The fountain has a light show and music in the evenings from 5pm. It looks great. The outside has a vintage vibe but inside its all modern and updated. The property sits right across the beach. There is a 2 lane street you have to cross but there is a light right up front for easier crossing. The only cons I experienced were: there is no microwave in the rooms. They have a great lazy river/pool area but their instructions are very strict on bringing any kinds of water or liquids in. That was a HUGE negative for me. They even mention in their material that they will check your bags. I walked away with a feeling that they are committed for guests to spend money on drinks on-site for their profit and not allow us the convenience to bring our own water bottle. Coupled with the fact that there was no microwave in the room further supported the thought the property management made it harder to eat in room with hopes that guests used their cafe. This, to me, was not guest centered, but profit centered. Overall, I would not stay here again but do recommend.

I like that it has it own water park. The rooms was clean and spacious. I didn’t like the check in and check out process they claim it was a switching over of the computer system. I was ask to paid the resort fee twice both at check in and check out
They already had a hold on my card for $121 from the day before, I was asked upon check out to pay $21 again for resort fee. This was very confusing to me.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was friendly and always eager to help you! The only negative complaint I have is the rooms on the 3rd floor where we stayed didn’t seem too clean and smelt very moldy. They wouldn’t cool down well and I believe it was more just a lot of moisture in the air but it was terrible. The room service doesn’t clean your room daily either! But the entire property and staff were top notch!
