Bed Bugs! Room 204 July 18/19, 2026.
We stopped for a nights rest after driving towards New England to meet family. The hotel was busy and a little loud with teenagers but everything went smooth until 3am. My wife woke to use the restroom and she saw a big crawling. She got her phone and identified it as bed bug. She woke me and we checked the bed. There were at least 8 that we caught and put in a ziploc bag.
I went down to the front desk looking for help and nobody was at the desk. I called and let the phone ring while waking around looking for the desk staff. After 14 minutes, iPhones timer, I walked behind the desk to find the front desk employee asleep on the floor. I called out to no reply. I pounded on the door to the room he was sleeping in and woke him up. He at first didn’t believe me, I showed him pictures, then he told me there was nothing he could do because the hotel is full. I don’t want another room I want help with laundering and plastic trash bags and some assistance handling a situation that Hilton surely has a playbook for. I convinced him to call the hotel manage (J. Hickey) and she at least got us some quarters and laundry detergent to use the one laundry machine. We now have a months worth of clothing and personal possessions that we were taking to this family trip that we don’t know what to do with.

Room was large. Plenty of outlets. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was huge. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for a trip to the ballpark. Breakfast was good!

Hate to complain but the toilets are so low you feel like you're sitting on the floor.
Very clean throughout the entire hotel. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The pool was nice and the elevators worked!!! The continental breakfast was great also. We were very pleased.
