RUSS WAS EXCELLENT! RUSS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. IT HE WAS VERY WELCOMING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! In all my travels he was the best front desk reservationist. The rooms were spacious. I thought that the miniature golf course was great. And the food was excellent.M

We had an amazing stay there. It was a great price for a hotel with a balcony, 2 floors, and a huge kitchen. The staff was really friendly. The front desk guy Russ was amazing and so helpful. Guests get free tickets to the splash park there. Everyone had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

Great location perfect for families
Pros:

The service of the hotel was great. We really enjoyed the location across the street from the beach and pool area was nice. The restaurant at the hotel was great also. They had live music too! I will say it’s perfect for families. However they really need to update their rooms. They’re old and the ac units looked very old and it wasn’t very clean with various stains everywhere. The location is fantastic . They just really need to do room renovation !

Great place! Fun place with kids since the water park is right there! Jimmy’s restaurant was great with live music. Will totally stay there again! Friendly staff and very welcoming!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Room was very clean. Hotel in a great spot, near everything, I walked everywhere. Pool was relaxing. The only thing is I wish the towels were softer. I would recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites S. Harborside.

Pros:

Very clean, check staff was very nice, got to the room and had a hard time finding lights that would turn on. Light switches didn’t work. Some of the lamps were unplugged, but, even after plugging them in they failed to work.

There were restaurants on property that had wonderful food. They served food all day
We had a up grade when we checked in to s 2 floor condo.it was wonderful. Bed was great. Internet.
We extended our stay, that tells you how nice

Pros:

It was spacious, but outdated. It rained a lot and the elevator fills w water so does the restraunts entry to the game machine. It stinks really really bad in the restaurant and had to move room due to my room smelling so bad like human feces and paid 2000 plus for just 7 days and arcade closed for renovation!

its ok but alot of homeless men walking around the property at night asking for money. Alot of loitering in the hotel parking lot at night-
room was non smoking and still smelled like smoke. air conditioning was not strong enough- very stuffy.
bathtub doid not drain between showers and the towels were so small

We had a 1 night stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant at the hotel where we ate breakfast. The food and serve was very good. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and there are a few restaurants around. I would stay here again
