Beautiful tents, friendly and helpful stuff, lovely dogs. It's at the and of the main street but still very noisy, nothing they can change. But all in all the perfect option when you want to stay in Tulum center.
Es un lugar cómodo sin embargo me toco un mal clima y la habitación no favorecia mucho con ese clima
I’m not sure what I was expecting here really. The yurt is as advertised, but bare in mind there is next to no security, being made of canvas you cannot really lock it, you are provided with a padlock, but it’s 2 hooks on canvas.. but nothing to secure the back door out to your shower.
There was no light outside for the outdoor shower, so I had to use my own which wasn’t ideal.
Bed and bedding were nice and comfy. Watch out for the mosquitoes too, even being really careful, they still get in, because it’s a yurt.
I’m happy with the price in paid - around £75 per night, but no one in their right mind should be paying over £200 per night which is the alleged real price !!!! Oh, hotels.com said I would get a free breakfast, but when I enquired I was told that I’d get a discount at the restaurant as I was staying there, but on neither morning did it seem to be open.

Nice place to stay. Lots of local restaurants near by. Really loved the atmosphere inside the hotel.
But could not get the free spa service as Expedia mentioned. Seems like the stuffs didn’t know about it which was not very pleasant.

El lugar es muy hermoso y tranquilo. El ambiente selvatico transmite mucha paz. De ubicacion accesible. En todo momento fuimos asistidos por personal muy amable. Las duchas al aire libre son una agradable experiencia. Para quien quiera probar experiencias nuevas, este es el lugar. Recomiento la ceremonia del temazcal. En cuanto a las instalaciones, pongo cuatro estrellas solo porqie cuando hace mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no logra refescar por completo el espacio. Por todo lo demas, es un 10.

Muchos moscos en la habitación…..comprendo que estamos en un lugar con mucha vegetación pero deberían fumigar con remedios naturales la habitación y dejar el mosquitero para que se ventile.
Por tal razón fue imposible dormir ahí, tuvimos que irnos a otro lugar.
Très belle endroit, le personnels et très gentil et accueillants. Nous avons apprécier la piscine, et vous pouvez voir différents oiseaux et plantes.
Le restaurant adjacent à l'établissement serve de bon café et petit déjeuner a peu de fais.
Point négatif est le bruit provenant de la route.

This place is horrible, no security at all at night, your room DON’T have lock, broken window, ac do not work well, i thought this was going to be a good experience but it was horrible I had to leave the property in the middle of the night because i fell so unsafe and I’m from South America, so I was not expecting US property but this place was 0/10
Huaya is a beautifully crafted destination with a cool flair. The staff make it even better. Met some fellow travelers, the house dogs were friendly, and the onsite restaurant some of the best food around! If you’re looking for a unique stay and don’t mind a little traffic noise, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back. Also a plus was how central it is to the ruins and the shopping.

Rigtig lækkert hotel med lækker atmosfære. Eneste minus ved stedet er beliggenheden ved vejen, som medførte en del støj.
Es un lugar increíble con una hospitalidad fuera de lo común , especialmente Vanessa es una persona que toma su tiempo para informar y atender cualquier duda.
Beautiful property right off the main highway. Very convenient and felt like a world away. East to walk to food/bars. Very clean and comfortable, would stay here again
