El lugar es sencillo pero suficiente para pasar la noche, sin embargo, la tarifa cobrada en el establecimiento fue diferente a lo indicado por de Expedia (mayor costo).

El baño lucia sucio, con cucarachas y arañas.
En la cama y en el piso paseaban cucarachitas. Y la habitación daba la impresión que estaba obscura por el color de los pisos y del muro.

Clean, comfortable, great location
Pros:

We came to Tizimin for the 1st annual Ice Cream Fair. We chose this hotel for its location. While just the basics, it had a/c, quality bedding, water bottles in room, plus cold or hot water dispenser outside. TV. Just 3 blocks from the churches, restaurants & main square. Across the street from the oriente bus station. Would have liked a room safe but the staff was right there at the entrance & it’s small enough for them to watch the room entrances. The rooms are within a courtyard. A very good bargain of a hotel. ALSO ... rooms have hammock hooks so you can bring your own & have a place. Something I look for in a great hotel room for MY sleeping comfort
