Pros:

Very central location. Breakfast was available before my morning flight to Príncipe. Communication before and during my stay was ok.

Cons:

Due to ongoing power cuts in the country, the hotel's power generator was on all night and making quite a lot of noise very close to my room. In addition, when paying my stay on arrival, I asked for a receipt because I was travelling for work. I was told I needed to pay 15% more in order to get one.

L'emplacement est bien en dehors du bruit lié à la circulation des motos.

Cons:

Le personnel, barrière de la langue en dehors du jeune homme de la réception qui était d'une grande aide 🙏🙏 🙏 mais disponible qu'en soirée.
Le restaurant, passable!

Obiekt świetnie zlokalizowany - w okolicy sklepy, restauracje - wszędzie blisko.
Pokój z klimatyzacją i lodówką.
Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania pyszne choć monotematyczne. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ale ręczniki wymieniane co 3 dni. Kevin (świetnie mówi po angielsku) pomógł nam zorganizować zwiedzanie wyspy.

Cons:

Kilka rad dla właścicieli hotelu:
przydałby się jeden większy kosz na śmieci w pokoju; dobrze byłoby dać do pokoju jesteś sztućcy i talerze (prosząc w restauracji na dole dostaliśmy od razu) śniadania były bardzo dobre choć warto by je urozmaicić, bo przy dłuższym pobycie robi się trochę monotematycznie. Podczas pobytu zdążyło się, że przez chwilę nie było wody czy prądu, ale trzeba tu się z tym liczyć - hotel ma generator prądu więc były to sytuacje chwilowe.

Its a good place to stay and feel the heart of São Tomé city. I do recommend.
Pros:

The hotel itself and the coffee and restaurant inside. made me remember Portugal many years ago. Everything very clean and staff extremely nice and friendly.

Cons:

The noise during the night. If it was not music , is someone playing drums... not easy...

Nice place to stay when in the capital
