It’s was in a good location
I was put on the 4th floor with no lift and as I’m a smoker I had to keep up and down the stairs all the time

No kettle, very noisy, leak in bathroom,
Guests making noise from 1 o'clock till about 3 ,no staff made any effort to stop it,doors banging most of the night

The bed is not good, I wasn’t allowed to change room, neatness is not really good. The bathroom is not nice.
The location was the only thing positive here.
There were stains on the curtains that looked dodgy, the bathroom was dirty and the customer service was lacking.

Only came here as it was London Marathon weekend. We had already booked our accommodation well in advanced only to be informed on the day of travel it was cancelled. Some hotels / accommodation then upselling, cancelling last minute. Left with little choice but to book this hotel as limited availability across London unless willing to pay absolutely extortionate prices.

No emergency lighting in the event of a fire.
This place has potential but as is it is terrible. It is the worst hotel I have stayed in for the money paid and would never go again.
Uncomfortable beds, very dirty, communal bathroom was disgusting.

The location
Old, scruffy interior. We were on the top floor it was like climbing Mt Everest. Toilet leaked, lighting was mega bright in the room but like a cave in the bathroom. Staff were useless no towels in the room and after asking four times we had to telephone them to get a response. They then wanted us to descend Everest to collect them, lazy so and so’s.

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my entire life!I have never seen something like this let alone to pay for something like this!The staff didn't want to know, shown zero interest and simply told me to stay in this horrible not hygienic place or go!Of course there is nowhere to go on Sat eve in London so we had to sleep on top of the sheets ,hoping we don't catch anything , we didn't dare to take shower in the filthy bathroom, contacted booking.com and still waiting for them to sort this as I should never pay for something like this!This place should be closed with immediate effect!Avoid under any circumstances, do not through your money away!I still feel sick just thinking about the place!
