great place to be in Rome
Pros:

the staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Our stay was far more than expected. The room was beautifully designed, modern, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a great breakfast

I was very grateful to find hotel so close to high-end hotels, yet such a reasonable price.
Pros:

The breakfast had to be room-service, as there is no dining area. And it could only be as of 7:30, so if you needed to leave and start your day earlier, only a coffee machine and croissant or cake was available, and I don't remember that being mentioned (I could be worlng) but the day I had to leave earlier than 7:30, I (mistakenly) thought I would not be able to get anything to eat, so it would be very good to advertise (if they did, I missed it) that coffee and croissants or cake are available. I was very grateful I could have a mini-breakfast before I left. I sure did appreciate the excellent air conditining, as the week was extraordinarily hot! I appreciated that the desk was manned 24 hrs. a day.

Cons:

I was traveling solo, so perhaps my room was smaller than others - it was pretty "cozy!" The address was not particularly easy to find, the sign (a small brass plaque) was ot easy to see and the taxi driver had a bit of a time trying to figure out where, on this tiny street, was the "hotel!" The elevator was so cool, very "old style" and tiny, so if a traveler has a big suitcase, or a lot, it will be somewhat of a challenge to bring them up to the 2nd floor, where the "hotel" is. More of a guesthouse, I'd say.

המקום היה מאוד נקי, מודרני, הגשת ארוחות בוקר לחדר בדיוק בזמן שביקשנו. אפילו ביום שהינו צריכים לעזוב את בית המלון הצעו לנו שיש אפשרות להגיש את הארוחת בוקר חצי שעה לפני הזמן שמתחילים להכין את הארוחות. תודה רבה לצוות ונמליץ על בית המלון לחברים.

Dobra i bezpieczna lokalizacja, bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel, ładny wystrój, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja

Cons:

Przydałaby się słuchawka pod prysznicem, a nie sama deszczownica. Czasami długo też trzeba było czekać na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Rome ( ligne de bus à proximité)
Proche de la gare .
Quartier calme et rassurant ( à côté de l’ambassade des États unis )

Pros:

Hotel in a great location, in a nicely renovated builiding. The personel was very kind and attentive.
Our favourite thing was absolutely great breakfast delived to the room every morning.

Cons:

One small thing I would apreciate would be a shower head - there was only a rain shower in our bathroom and it was a bit uncomfortable.

Accueil chaleureux et personnel très réactif aux demandes . Emplacement bien situé près de la gare Termini et proche des grands sites. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et très copieux. Chambres propre.

Es un hotel nuevo, moderno, limpio, acogedor, con desayuno en la habitación y básicos de higiene (gel, champú, acondicionador y bodymilk, lo cual se agradece). Muy cómodo para iniciar cualquier ruta turística. Personal encantador

Cons:

Solo eché en falta una balda cerca del lavabo. Tuve que dejar el necesar en el bidé
