Pros:

Im not happy! at all, the bathroom sink fell of the wall! when turning on water.The management! Made us pay for it.and then put a used sink in,i do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very unhappy.......

Old building smell bad the hall way and the room the air conditioning they don’t clean wash room is moldy cabwebs my throat was sore because of the aircon.

Good location, but poor customer service
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to Corong Corong and downtown El Nido, but disappointed in the staff, who didn't understand much English and gave a Filipino "I don't know" shrug to every question. None of the water coolers worked. No hot water for showers. Spotty wifi.
