One Meter Sunshine Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Hotel

I had an upsetting experience with this hotel. I wrote to the hotel in advance asking if they have an Airport shuttle. But I have never received an answer.
On the day of my arrival I tried to find the airport, but it placed incorrectly on the maps, and then I called them, but noone answered, so I had to book another room somewhere else.

Arranging pick up from the airport was more complicated than expected. Building is worn but clean. Bed was rock hard, but quiet. Dropped off at wrong terminal. I felt safe, but also did not wander about. Worth the $25 for a short overnight.

This hotel provided fraudulent information about the location of the hotel. It shows at Expedia website that the hotel is located right at the airport, but in fact it is located at far away and unsafe countryside village.

Expedia should immediately terminate this hotel reservation service. It is a criminal and fraudulent hotel. I will be contacting Expedia when I come back for a refund because I could not stay at this unsafe hotel.

Plus loin que ce que l'on pouvait croire de l'aéroport. Il faut les contacter pour que la voiture de l'hôtel viennent vous chercher.

Hôtel à très faible coût, idéal pour une escale.

La patronne est vraiment à votre service. Exemple : Nous n'avions pas encore de RMB arrivé à l'hôtel. Elle nous a échangé 50€ à un taux très correct

This hotel is located in a poor village about 10mins ride at T2, not as mentioned on the website no more than 1mile away from the airport. The hotel looks like old with dirty stairs and room doors. I felt bad that night.

中国のタクシーアプリDiDiで向かいましたが宿の登録の住所が道路一本違うみたいで中国語が話せないので運転手さんに宿に電話して貰ってやっとで辿り着けました。

空港近くなだけあって宿だらけですが、道路は街灯も無く夜には本当に真っ暗です。
少し歩けば便利店(コンビニ)もありますしご飯屋さんや屋台も豊富です。

宿の内容ですが写真とはだいぶ違う小さな民宿でした。
部屋の写真が明るく綺麗に撮ってあって違うのでホテルを想像して行かれると衝撃を受けると思います。
ただ、宿の方がとても親切でその人情でそれらをカバー出来ると思います。

私は宿の方が親切でこう言う宿にも泊まり慣れているので平気ですが、日本のちゃんとしたホテルに泊まり慣れてる人には少し抵抗があるかもしれません。

A total horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!

“One meter sunshine” shouldn’t be listed as a hotel on Expedia at all. It’s converted farmer’s house in a village outside the airport. It’s super dirty, sketchy and inconvenient. During my stay I had to block my windows and the door with objects because I felt very unsafe. I couldn’t shower, the water was never hot enough, and the towels looked filthy.
And the shuttle service is a joke as well. I was charged by the “hotel person” and I was told I had to leave by 8am since that’s the last shuttle during the day. The driver was rude. He put twice many people than the legal limit in the van. Passengers had to share seats and even had to hold their suitcases on their laps.
The price of the stay was super cheap, but it costed my nerves.

You get what you pay for. If you're expecting a $100 room, reserve a $100 room, not a$30 room. The pin location is not accurate for google maps.. don't tell your taci driver to google it. The taxi cost me as much as the room. The lady lady that answered the phone was a little bit hard to understand with light english. But she tried hard to help and eventually the shuttle picked me up from where i was lost

Most taxis do not know the hotel or the addresses. Not for elderly travellers have large bags need to carry luggage upstairs- no lift.

It’s a home stay not hotel. No receptionist, pickup driver does it all. I doubted very much this place has any license to host foreigners. The surrounding area is terrible, in an alley, fear to stay and worried for safety. The pictures shown on Hotel,com is totally misleading. For foreigners, it’s hard to find any transportation or taxi to go anywhere (no local cellphone). I basically couldn’t run fast enough to get out of that place.

Great location for short term stopovers, excellent service for picking up at airport midnight.
對遠從歐美的華人旅客、這是最佳選擇，酒店員工非常友善，半夜接機。地點安全，環境優雅乾淨。太棒了、我延長多住一個星期。

Rent sted, god service. Den ene seng på dobbeltværelset har været lidt hård.

突然のクローズ。それも何の連絡も無く。お客優先ではなくホテル側が優先という考え方が信じられない。最悪のホテルです。

西安是个历史文化特别悠久的城市，文化内涵丰富，人文建筑浓厚，美食特色多样，每年都有新的亮点和网红人物的出现。下飞机住的这里，因为距离近，沟通方便，接机快，客房图片很漂亮，入住感觉不错。有很多外宾选择这里。

Rooms sort of a small, finely decorated beautiful, surrounding a fully furnished. If you need airport pick-up, the best information sent in advance booking.

It is very close to the airport hotel, thanks to the hotel owner's hospitality. Xi'an is a very nice city, also I hope to have the opportunity to come here to play.

非常不錯的體驗，酒店很棒，價格合理，性價比很值，周邊有好多餐館，超市，還有小吃街，網咖，道路很乾淨，在這裡入住感覺很安全，到機場也很快，8到10分鐘就可以到達。

Beautiful and comfortable inn next to the airport, facilities, convenient shuttle, snack bar and supermarket. Very good price
