La moqueta necesitaba un cambio y/o limpieza. Del baño salía un fuerte olor a desagües.
The bed was comfortable!
The room walls where dirty and the room had an awful damp smell to it. There where hairs on the bed , the pillows and in the shower, the carpet was filthy which made it obvious previous guests where climbing out of the window for cigarettes and stepping back in (cigarette butt's outside the window)

Great location for the town centre and the surrounding areas. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Beds are quute hard. I prefer a softer bed, so slept on top of the duvet for more comfort.
Value for money was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and cheap! The bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was really good, just like being at home.
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working so there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom, but not enough to put us off going again.

Specifically this times stay but the room we stayed in was damp , and very late into the night all we could hear was bass music which gave me a migraine . I don’t think this should be allowed in a place you have residents sleeping .
