Value for money for the rooms but the location mean we wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast options for kids was great. However the noise level in the evening was very high, both inside and outside the hotel until very late.

Cons:

The car park was very full and we had to move our car in order to avoid parking away from the hotel. The noise from the DJ/bar downstairs was very loud until very late. Plus there was noise and chatting outside until late too.

Disappointing room, staff and food excellent!
Pros:

Staff are always great, and its value for money. The breakfast and food generally is great.

Cons:

Th last time I stayed the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This time although I opted for a more expensive room, bed was awful, the carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom was tiny.

Last time I was amazed the rooms were so cheap, had this been my first visit I would definitely not go back to stay and would say you get what you pay for.
