Well priced, convenient, clean, good efficient staff
Pros:

Good price, clean, food & drink, entertainment all nice to have and noise settled down around 11pm until 6am

Very comfortable stay. Good value for money.

Good but need to sort out smoke alarm

Ok if you’re on a tight budget but don’t expect too much but again friendly staff
Pros:

Very convenient to Alcester didn’t realise it was used for people working away several vans in the evening so I can understand why the rooms are basic. I was put over the bar / kitchen so it was somewhat noisy until later. Staff though very friendly bar area walking in was very dark not much light

Cons:

No spoon for drinks smelt very musty damp and lots of hairs in bathroom and cobwebs in wardrobe carpets need a good clean

Another Great Stay
Pros:

Stayed here a few times before and will stay again at some time. Always a friendly welcome, the rooms have everything you need. A good friendly atmosphere in the bar. All areas clean and tidy throughout and the staff are great.
Excellent choice at breakfast.

A good location if you want to wander into the town centre which is only a 10 minute walk away.

Pros:

Friendly staff and comfy room although rather small.

Cons:

There were pins sticking out of the box spring which my husband cut his hand on when tucking the sheet in. We did report this to a member of staff to warn others.
Unable to park on our second night. We had to park some distance away in a side road and not knowing the area this took some time.
