We'd definitely stay here again, a little slice of luxury
Pros:

The staff we excellent, very helpful and pleasant. We loved the room, it was clean, luxurious, a little quirky, quiet despite being near the elevator. The cocktail bar is fantastic.

Great place to stay, despite the absence of breakfast
Pros:

Nice clean rooms with everything necessary. I’ve stayed with my corgi, bowls and dog bed was provided and fluffy baby really enjoyed them!

Cons:

I hope the management will bring breakfasts downstairs. They used to be awesome…

Cons:

The requirement for a £50 deposit despite the fact I had paid for the room in full before I arrived. I didn’t get a satisfactory answer as to why I need to pay this additional deposit
