This hotel is in a great location, close to two tube stations with different lines. Easy walking distance to a lot of London highlights. The lobby bar and also restaurant were great.
My room was lovely, spacious and well designed.
The only negative were the lifts were restricted to one working over a day or so, not a huge issue but annoying if you were in a rush.

We had booked the room as a minimoon straight after our wedding i had put this on the booking form and had a reply saying "thanks for choosing us for your special occasion". I wasnt expecting lots but did think maybe an upgrade or even a bottle of fizz in the room - we did have a lovely handwritten postcard saying congratulations, but with it was one bag of crisps??? just seemed really strange?
