Clean room! Breakfast was good!
Didn't have pillows in the room!
The beds were comfortable, and there were a good amount of pillows. The fridge would have worked better if I had turned the temperature colder instead of warmer.
This hotel looks good online, but it is aging. The pool was not in operation. The AC in our room never got cold. I turned it clear down to 69º hoping to cool the room off, but it really didn't do much. We were exhausted so we slept OK, but it could use some updating. I'm sure it is hard to keep that large of a building in tip top shape.

En una semana y media que estuvimos, no vinieron a hacer el servicio del cuarto. Lo reclamé pero no vinieron. El hotel está un poco viejo, alfombras parecen medio sucias, la puerta del baño rota. Nada muy grave pero la próxima voy a otro hotel, quizás más nuevo.

Clean. Front desk very accommodating
Had to ask for clean towels and trash to be emptied from a multiple day stay. Kids knocking or kicking at door and running day one.
Went to breakfast a 8:30. There was 30 minutes left. There was a couple spoonfuls of gravy but no biscuits. There were a small amount of potatoes but no eggs. There was no breakfast meat remaining. My wife and I turned around and left. We had to spend $ elsewhere to get some food. This was very disappointing.
The lighting in the bathroom wasnt good. Only light was from the mirror. Needed an exhaust fan.

The location was good for the things we did. The staff was helpful on places to visit and eat.
I had my granddaughter with me who wanted to go use the pool our last night and we even cut our day short for that but there was a baseball team there and they took over the whole pool for at least 5 hours that we know of. Maybe they have been given a time limit for there gathering so others could have enjoyed the pool as well.
