Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Staff was not accommodating the special needs that we had.
The room was an accessible handicapp room, but it was so small that we could not use the wheelchair once we got inside. In order to get the wheelchair through the door, they had to remove the closure so the door could open all the way. The shower chair was small and not usable at all. When asked about it, the solution was to bring an old dining chair and put it inside the shower for her to use. It was not a very safe solution. Called the front desk several times (starting at 11 pm and last call around 1 am) about upstairs above us, making noise and jumping around. They never did anything about it. Even hung up on me when I called about it the 3rd time.
We were told the room was standard ADA compliant with the current code.

Pros:

Great space in our suite . The yogurt at breakfast was fantastic!

Cons:

Facilities needed some minor maintenance. Tear in sofa bed, towel rack loose, etc.

Our stay was very homey
Pros:

We were in town for my dad’s heart surgery, and when that went south, and we needed to extend our stay, they were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Convenient location, comfy sheets, lots of towels and toiletries
Pros:

My husband was not a fan of the breakfast, but I thought the biscuits and gravy and the sausage was good. Really glad they had chocolate syrup, I love chocolate milk.

Cons:

Would have been higher score with better quality pillows. My husband called them “over inflated bubbles of air”. I have neck issues (hardware in my neck after surgery). At the front desk when we were checking out, I mentioned it and the lady said all I had to do was ask for different pillows (?) I had no idea that was an option. Other than not sleeping from discomfort, it was fine. Also, I’ve had two knee replacements and the toilet stool was WAY too low, struggled with getting up.

Would definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

I liked everything the location was great, the bed was so comfortable I got great sleep after being on a long car ride. The room was big and A/C work great! Breakfast was amazing had eggs, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, and sausage….it was all good! Plus they had other stuff like yogurt, bagels toasted and more. Would definitely stay here again! Also very friendly staff they were all wonderful!!

Missouri was fun and I know where to stay if I'm ever in the area!
Pros:

The staff were amazing! On the day of our check-out we experienced a tornando warning so we had to wait it out and the staff remained calm and try to comfort all.

Tidy, safe and cozy place to stay with a relaxing pool area.
Pros:

The property was very clean, the room smelled nice and fresh. The pool area was comfortable and the water was clear and not overly chlorinated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fresh, very impressive compared to other complimentary breakfasts I have had at much pricier hotels.

It was okay. The housekeeping staff was very nice.
Pros:

It was okay. I wish there was individual cartons of milk to drink instead of pouring out of a container that everybody's been into. That in my opinion is very gross and not sanitary.

Cons:

When the pool closes at 10:00 and there are people still outside drinking and making noise. My room is right by the pool.
