It’s in a handy position just off the M42. Rooms are very good. Breakfast excellent! Great food options all day.

All staff were very friendly. The staff we had to interact with were efficient and polite. We had a family room and it was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We also ate at the restaurant for dinner & breakfast the following morning. All was lovely, dinner was particularly tasty.

We stayed at the Appleby Hotel for one night when visiting family. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the staff were friendly. My only criticism was that our room was above the kitchen and there was some noise when going to bed. Overall a pleasant stay.

Brilliantly laid back place to stay, friendly staff. Great hospitality to children and adults!

Great family room, spacious. Lovely outdoor space for children.
Food was excellent, very generous portions. Gluten free catered for very well.
Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped.
Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo.

Constant noise at night from either air condition units or heat pump units. Booked and paid for two nights but stayed one. Would'nt stay again.

Bed wasn't particularly comfortable but maybe that was because we prefer Kingsize bed. Curtains do not cover the windows completely and allow light in from the car park lighting.

Very welcoming place Freindly staff

We have stayed here previously for a festival and found the food really tasty with incredibly generous portions, lovely friendly staff and nice rooms for a great price which was the reason we chose again this year. Unfortunately, we are not sure if we can stay again next year as hoped as the price has jumped up by almost £100 for the same weekend.

Room was recently refurbished and very clean. The bed was comfortable but the room was quite hot on our first night, with no Aircon or fan to cool it down. The hotel communal areas are a little dated but clean. The staff were great and breakfast is a nice addition. Location is also great, just a few mins from the M42.

The room was spacious and clean, with a double bed, tv, wardrobe, chair, hair dryer, iron and kettle. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The shower wasn't amazing, the pressure was lacking and the temperature was constantly changing. Unfortunately we were in the room above the kitchen, so had the noise from that, but it was soon tuned out. Wifi connection was good for browsing and watching streaming services.
The staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ordered and served quickly, with a selection of hot and cold drinks and cereals available. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we come back to the area!

Lovely hotel, room looked as though it was newly refurbished. Breakfast was perfect. Location was great.
