Lovely accomodation, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Narita Temple and shopping mall and Narita station.

Perhaps the communications need to be improve. Like quicker reply to guest's messeges.

Nous somme arrivé tard et l’hotel est idéalement placé si vous devez repartir pour Narita. 1km a peu pres de la gare et
Pros:

Nous n’avons pas pu croiser le personnel car nous sommes arrivés trop tard et partit trop tôt. Malgré cela ils nous ont aidé magnifiquement en laissant un petit mot pour nous a l’accueil afin de pouvoir rejoindre notre chambre.

Good stay for an airport layover.
Pros:
