Gentilezza indescrivibile
Pros:

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, conduzione familiare, la signora è di una gentilezza incredibile, pur non parlando lei molto bene l'inglese, siamo riusciti a comprenderci benissimo e ci ha aiutato davvero molto in una circostanza particolare. Una gentilezza che non dimenticheremo mai.

L’accueil du personnel même si nous sommes arrivés plus tard que l’heure d’ouverture de la réception, le jeune homme s’est quand même déplacé pour nous accueillir et tout nous expliquer
Ils nous ont facilité aussi notre transfert à Narita Station lle lendemain en taxi et ont toléré une longue extension à titre gracieux

Solo traveller's hidden gem
Pros:

I was solo traveling in Japan for my first trip here, but the host made everything feel welcoming. The location is incredibly decent and the surrounding environment is a breath of fresh air to take in. The room had a table, that is large enough for work to be done or with a bathroom that makes the package complete for a very comforting stay. It was a valuable stay and I would recommend it to solo travellers.
