Clean, functional, very convenient to the airport
Check in staff could be nicer and more helpful but the night manager is always extremely nice
Excellent location for transport to and from airport but also easy into the city centre. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious with attentive and friendly staff.
Pillows were lumpy. The lift rattled and seemed old…but then I don’t like all closed lifts/elevators.

Hôtel bien situé près de l'aéroport et du tram/gare, chambre et salle de bain très spacieuses, propreté parfaite, grand lit.
Le personnel à l'accueil est aimable sans plus, juste le minimum, on me demande de régler la totalite de mon séjour au check in alors que j'ai souvent réglé la facture au check out même dans cette catégorie d'hôtel, le personnel en salle au restaurant n'est pas très attentif et même papote) sur son téléphone (on m'apporte mon plat alors que je n'ai pas terminé mon entrée et quand je le fais remarquer ,le serveur me dit qu'il a l'habitude que les clients mangent plus vite), pour le prix du petit déjeuner (20€) ,je trouve qu'il y a beaucoup de produits industriels ( gâteaux , viennoiseries) , pas de boisson végétale en alternative au lait de vache (je suis intolérante), je trouve que la partie restaurant et notamment le petit déjeuner j n'est pas à la hauteur de la catégorie de hôtel.
Partie commune au rez-de-chaussée manque de chaleur et de convivialité par rapport à d'autres hôtel du même groupe.
