Lyxigt hotell när city
Pros:

Utmärkt frukost, ok läge nära city, fin utsikt, ihopbyggt med casinot som är öppet dygnet runt, trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, förmodligen det bästa badrum jag har haft tillgång till med en fantastisk dusch, trevligt spa.

Cons:

Usel service i lobbybaren, få krokar i rummet och badrummet, luftkonditioneringen levererade inte riktigt utlovad temperatur och inga fönster gick att öppna, ibland kö till hissarna.

A little bit disappointing for a Hilton hotel
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel, and found out that there was a big poker tournament at the hotel. As the hotel was overbooked, we got an upgrade to the junior suite, which was at first glance a nice room. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices and freshly baked omelettes.

Cons:

As the room seemed nice in the beginning, the biggest problem was the water pressure. It was like non existing. The shower just give enough water to get the shamppo out of your hair. Then the window in the bathroom was clearly leaking. And the temperature in the room was quite difficult to control. It has a lot of windows, and as the outside temperature was -10, the windows give a lot of cold. When my wife took the slippers from the cupboard, she saw that on of the slippers was looking yellow. After examination, they smelled liked sweat, and were clearly used before!

​I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at the Hilton Tallinn Park. Two main things made my stay perfect:
​1. Service and staff
​From the moment I walked in the door until check-out, the staff was simply amazing. They are exceptionally professional, courteous and welcoming. They were always there to help with a smile, and gave the feeling of a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was spotless – you can see that they pay attention to every little detail.
