ИТ-система:
1. Даже после онлайн бронирования, администратор должен вручную ввести данные клиента. А система очень медленная (о чем каждый раз говорят сорудники)
2. Иногда теряется информация в системе (например, про просьбу о более позднем выезде)
3. Лифты работают непредсказуемо. Несколько раз было что вызванный лифт не приехал (и вызов отменился)
4. Парковка очень не удобная. Сперва при вхезде надо получить в автомате талон (а проезд узкий и под наклоном). Для выезда надо подойти к администратору пропечатать талон (а система медленная, и может быть очередь). После чего есть 15 минут чтобы выехать. Но через раз талон автоматом не принимается, и надо возвращаться к администратору.
Nahe zur Innenstadt gelegen. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Auch der Wellnessbereich war hervorragend. Man kann sogar auf die Terrasse raus. Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.

Everything was fine.
The only issue is that the lady who prepares the eggs and omelettes during breakfast tends to have long conversations exclusively with guests of the same Arab nationality, while other guests are left waiting until the conversation is over. This might be understandable in a Turkish leisure hotel, but in a business hotel it is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The room was extremely comfortable. The mattress, pillows, linens, and bathroom facilities were all top-notch. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming throughout our stay.
The pool and thermal facilities fall short compared to the rest of the hotel. The sauna door doesn't shut right, and the temperature wasn't right either. The gym is honestly terrible—it's practically empty
