Great stay at Hilton Tallinn park
Pros:

Visited this hotel on our friend birthday. Had an amazing time. Loved the breakfast and spa time. We enjoyed that the hotel was nice and clean. Rooms had nice view on the city. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Spa receptionist Daniela was really nice and was happy to show spa around. Overall pleasing experience, would recommend to anybody visiting Tallinn. Location is really nice and it is really easy to get to any point.

The experience was spectacular. Clean and in perfect condition. But the most outstanding thing was Daniela's kindness. She was attentive to all our questions and requests. Impeccable service. Her warm smile was much appreciated.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit einem schlechten Management vor Ort.
Pros:

Ein komfortables, günstig gelegenes Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal, das alles bietet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Cons:

Ich habe schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss deutliche Mängel im Management feststellen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass Probleme der Gäste nur oberflächlich behandelt werden. Wenn man objektive Kritik vorbringt, erhält man die Antwort: „Bei uns ist alles in Ordnung“, und die Erklärung, dass die Hotelgäste an allem schuld seien. Zum Beispiel, dass es zu viele Gäste seien und man damit nicht fertig werde. Wahrscheinlich sieht das Hotel deshalb bei der Ankunft von Gruppen wie ein Stadion nach Spielende aus. Und natürlich ist die Hygiene beim Besuch des Schwimmbads und der Sauna ein großes Problem. Viele Besucher dieses wunderbaren Bereichs des Hotels missachten aus irgendeinem Grund die grundlegenden Hygienevorschriften. Nach der Sauna oder vor dem Schwimmen zu duschen, ist für die meisten kein Muss. Möglicherweise liegt das Problem in der regionalen Mentalität, aber es sieht einfach widerlich aus. Verschwitzte und schmutzige Menschen stürzen sich einfach ins Schwimmbad und nehmen keine Rücksicht auf ihre Mitmenschen. Versuche, sich an das Management zu wenden, stoßen auf die Antwort: „Bei uns ist alles unter Kontrolle.“ Für eine Kette wie Hilton ist das mehr als seltsam.

Hyvä, ei erinomainen
Pros:

Laatu on edelleen hyvä, mutta laskenut tasaisesti vuosien kuluessa. Se ei ole enää sama kuin aloitusvuotena. Olen majoittunut hotellissa useita kertoja. Hotellin taso ei enää ylitä Swiss hotellin tai Palacen tasoa, valiettavasti.

Perfect in every detail
Pros:

Perfect in every detail! Oleksandra, who works at the reception, understood our wishes and preferences exactly, and made our stay very pleasant from the first moment. Room 814 has a wonderful view. Spacious, with good design and lighting thought out to the smallest detail. The evening and morning views from the window were enchanting and it's good that we were still able to tear ourselves away from it - a visit to the health center and the restaurant only brought us more joy. The health center is not large, but the saunas and the swimming pool with a jacuzzi are completely sufficient for very good relaxation. Both saunas lived up to their specific names very well. Egert took care of us in the restaurant. Attentive and fast, but not intrusive - a very good level of service! Thank you very much. The meals were so delicious that we immediately booked the next visit! The entire stay brought us great joy in every moment and detail.
