Pros:

Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisästi sisustettu. Huoneemme oli tilava, siisti ja näkymät erinomaiset. Hotellissa oli yöllä hiljaista ja unirauha siksi hyvä. Aamupala oli maittava. Spa/saunaosasto oli siisti ja aamulla ihanan rauhallinen.

Loistavaa palvelua
Pros:

Aamupala erittäin loistava,sängyt todella hyvät unet maistuivat täydelliseltä ja ilmastointi paras joka minulla koskaan ollut missään hotellissa Tallinnassa! Spa oli juuri oikean kokoinen ja henkilökunta joka paikassa todella ihanaa käytöstä,aion mennä jatkossakin.
Terassi oli mukavasti suunniteltu,tuoleja varjossa auringolta ja auringossa olevia. Istuin molemmissa. Erittäin viihtyisä aulabaari. Mukavaa katsella ihmisiä ja nauttia antimista!

Cons:

Wagyu a5 liha ei täyttänyt odotuksia Apple Butcherissa.
En tiennyt että a5 on miltei kokonaan rasvaa,sekin kokeiltu.

Tolles Stadthotel mit super Ausstattung und hervorragendem Service.
Pros:

Wir waren begeistert. Große, sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer und großes Bad mit großer Dusche. Großer Schreibtisch mit vielen Steckern und USB-Abschlüssen direkt auf dem Tisch. Stabiles Internet. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und engagiertes Personal in allen Bereichen. Tolles Frühstück mit unglaublich großer Auswahl, alles immer frisch und perfekter Service. Große Sonnenterrasse schließt an das Restaurant an und ist ideal für einen Sundowner. Auch beim Abendessen im Restaurant (Spezialität Steaks mit Reifeschrank) sehr gutes Essen, sehr gute Qualität und perfekter Service. Auch die Bar in der Lobby ist zu empfehlen. Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel und nicht weit zur Altstadt. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das war einfach sensationell.

Loved the hotel, would definitely stay again
Pros:

We asked for a room in the upper floor when making a reservation and we got the 9th floor. The view was totally amazing, the whole city center and the sea view straight from your window.
Beds were very comfy, spacious bathroom, everything very tidy and posh. It really had a luxury feeling.

Cons:

The air con worked too noisy, hence we turned that off at night
When registering we were told that using the garage is even less pricey than leaving a car in street parking, because the hotel will actually charge for hours and not for full days. However when checking out we were charged full daily rates.
We booked a room for 2+1, however, when we came there were no bed nor any facilities (like towels, tea/coffee/mugs) for a 3rd person. The room and beds were spacious enough, so we just used what we had, but when we said this during our checkout we were told that we had to request additional stuff for 3rd person once we came to the room and they would have given it all..

Rent og ryddig. Hyggelig personalet. Føltes trygt og lå fint til.
