They stay was ver disappointing. We pu k this place for the breakfast and there was NO breakfast. The rooms spelled musty and everything was dingy. All but one i e machine was broke. Only o e that worked was on 3rd floor. Over all not to happy will never ho ther or recommend it to anyone.

There were bugs in the room. The police were called while we were checking in for a drug or domestic violence situation.
We didn’t feel safe here, and won’t go back.

Place is a dump. Smells and drug deals going on in the parking lot. I left.

Wouldn’t be so bad if the rooms were cleaned and free of bugs yep no one likes roaches esp n their bed!
I checked in and stayed for all of 10 min. First room was wrong size bed then there was mold behind the bed and stains on the sheets. Got correct size bed room and first 2 lights I tried to turn on didn’t, go to check the bed and there is a burn hole through the sheet to the mattress meaning they didn’t change the sheet since it happened. Immediately left and got the $60 cash deposit back and am waiting on a refund from hotels.com as this shouldn’t even be a listing it was so bad.
I booked what was billed as an Executive room and was sorely disappointed in almost every respect.
1) The room was in generally poor condition, with apparent water damage and other broken or exposed fixtures. The sheets had stains on them. There were several insects that I spotted throughout my stay.
2) My key card stopped working on the second day. The front desk was quick to replace it. One of the members of the cleaning staff also offered to let me in, which I declined.
3) Most of the ice machines on site were broken. As far as I could tell, only a single ice dispenser on the 3rd floor worked.
4) My internet stopped working in the middle of the afternoon. It was out for so long that I ended up setting up my own hotspot just to get some work done.
5) The hall windows were left open at all times, at least on the second floor.
6) Their website lists amenities including a complimentary breakfast (not offered) and a cafe (not present). I didn't even bother to see whether the advertised indoor pool, spa, or gym existed. None of the pictures on their site appear accurate at all, perhaps being taken from a different property.
7) When I brought this up with the front desk staff, I was told that the information was correct on all 3rd-party sites. When I insisted that their own website ought to be correct, I was told that the clerk had been "telling him" to change it for a long time.
I would not have booked a room here if I had known any of this, and I will not stay here again.
First room i had was swarming with fruit flies and the light over the sink was out. I was moved into a second room and the tv did not work and the light above that sink was also not working.
Roach infested
The staff was nice. It's a no smoking inn. However the MJ smell and cigarette smell. Yuck. When I returned each time it literally smelled like someone had been in room smoking. I had to buy sanitizer spray and spray room so I could enter the room. I felt sick after leaving The room I had was very clean. It was the smell
The toilet backed up when we first arrived & no one came to look at. We were forced to use a bathroom down the hall. The hotel itself was dirty & run down. The staff that worked there were really nice, but this was a nasty hotel to stay
The rooms were gross, stains on the carpet and the sheets of I don't know what the sink handle was broken and some the lights didn't work quite right. The cable was out and there were people loitering outside the building at weird times the only saving grace was the staff very polite and respectful.
