Management was inconsiderate and rude.
Pros:

Location was good. We have stayed there many times.

I would say work needs to be done for the price you pay. Just simple things to make it worth staying there.
Pros:

First off I get there after 5 and I pre paid for a king room. I asked if I could not be by the pool, cause of chlorine and musty smell I've experienced at other hotels. She said there's no king rooms ready yet they were sold out and they were still cleaning them. I could wait or get a queen, I decided for myself a queen bed is fine it was the same price but handicapped room, okay. Bathroom smelled old like a single grandpa house would. Shower was small how could a handicap person have room in there or wheel chair even get in there, I'm a small person. The beds looked good but my back was killing me and by the second night I was sleeping in the chair. I should've said something the first night. Then I was on the end where the exit door is and everytime someone went out there it slammed shut and made alot of noise. Never been at a hotel with a exit door next to your room usually theres stairs there or laundry room. Laundry room was in the fitness room, thought that was weird too.

Pros:

I've stayed here 2 other times and have had a great experience. This stay was less than exceptional! The room was much worse than other rooms at their facility.

A great place to stay for a family
Pros:

Spacious room with very friendly staff. It was a convenient location for a local baseball tournament. We will definitely be returning! I’d also recommend checking out the put put golf course located directly behind it!
