Pros:

הכל מושלם! דירה ענקית, יפיפיה, נקייה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך.
היינו זוג עם 2 ילדים בני 13 ו 21 - הדירה ענקית וממש נעימה. 2 מקלחות ושירותים, חדר מאסטר בגודל אסטרונומי עם פרטיות מלאה.
נוף מהמרפסת של כל המפרץ, הים והג׳ונגל.
צוות נעים ושירותי.
מאוד קרוב לאזור המרכז - 10 דקות ברכב.
היינו עם רכב שכור אז לא היתה לנו בעיה להתנייד.
מי שתלוי במוניות - בערך 250 באט לכיוון.
בקיצור - מושלם!

Vista incrível e muito conforto.
Pros:

Desde o atendimento dos funcionários até a limpeza e a localização, tudo esteve perfeito. A piscina e o apto tem uma vista linda. Também oferecem itens com preços bem acessíveis.

Cons:

O acesso é bastante íngreme.

Pros:

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht und absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Pros:

Ocean Rock Kalim war von allen Unterkünften unserer Reise die absolute Nummer eins. Die Villa ist wunderschön, modern und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die jeden Moment besonders gemacht hat. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an extrem wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung war ruhig, wir wurden von keinem anderen Gast gestört und konnten uns perfekt erholen. Eine Unterkunft, die wirklich überzeugt und keinerlei Wünsche offenlässt.

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt. Und ich bin sonst ein sehr Kritischer Mensch es ärgert mich sogar ein wenig das ich nichts negatives aufschreiben kann. Was aber dementsprechend für die Unterkunft spricht.

Pros:

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und Patong ist im ganzen Resort spektakulär schön. Unsere Suite C1 war sehr großzügig und sehr gut eingerichtet, auch die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Ein FZ ist sicher von Vorteil, da die Lokalitäten sowie die Strände zu Fuß ein wenig weit entfernt sind. Die Gastgeber geben sich alle Mühe, dass man sich wohl fühlt und reagieren umgehend auf Fragen oder Bedürfnisse.

Cons:

Das Resort liegt in der Natur (angrenzend Dschungel) und leider hatten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Nächte), jeweils von 11:30 bis 18:45 durchgehend ein „extrem“ unangenehmes und sehr lautes Geräusch (wie quietschende Bremsen eines Zuges). Dies wurde von einer speziellen Insektenart verursacht. Es war aus diesem Grund leider unmöglich, dass wir uns tagsüber auf unserer Terrasse aufhalten konnten. Der Geschäftsführer der Anlage Guy, hat dies nachdem wir Ihm Tonaufnahmen der anhaltenden Geräusche gesendet haben, sofort eingesehen und auch umgehend reagiert. Er hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt und mit allen Ihm zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten (inklusive Einsatz von Pestiziden), versucht die Situation so zu gestalten, dass eventuell doch noch, ein erholsamer Urlaub für uns möglich sein könnte, leider ohne Erfolg (trotzdem bedanken wir uns bei Ihm für seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz). Gemäß seiner Aussage sind die Insekten normalerweise nicht so „Daueraktiv“. Wahrscheinlich braucht es einfach ein wenig Glück, eine Jahreszeit zu erwischen, in welcher diese speziellen Insekten weniger „Daueraktiv“ sind. Das übliche bekannte Grillenzirpen oder andere Naturgeräusche, welche wir als Thailandkenner in den letzten 20 Jahren in anderen Lodges oder Hotels (ebenfalls in der Natur) vorgefunden haben, sind kein Problem und auch gewünscht, wenn man in die Natur geht, aber diese Art von unangenehmen anhaltenden Quietschgeräuschen in einer solchen Lautstärke, war doch etwas zu viel. Deshalb die Note 7 in der Bewertung.

Perfect
Pros:

The property exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, close enough to Patong to go there daily if required but far enough to outside the chaos of the city. The view from the apartment and swimming pool is unbelievable.

There were no dislikes.

Pros:

Wir sind Wiederholungs"täter" und haben keine einzige Sekunde bereuht nochmal widergekommen zu sein. Der Empfang war so herzlich, man konnte sich sogar noch an uns erinnern. Vorab hatten wir über die Unterkunft einen Roller geliehen, hier hat alles problemlos geklappt. Das Zimmer war wiedermal ein Traum und der Abschied von diesen bequemen Betten viel sehr schwer.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer und immer wieder buchen wenn wir erneut nach Phuket kommen sollten.
Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terasse jeden Tag lässt einen sofort mit Freudestrahlen in den Tag starten.

One of the best places in phuket for families
Pros:

One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in a vacation.
The facilities are amazingly beautiful, clean and spacious.
The location is great, close to everything but not too close so you can get away from all the hustle.
You will need to either rent a car or use taxis to get to and from to places.

The staff was amazing, from Guy the owner and also Guy the worker (I guess there is something in the name ;-) )
They helped with everything including setting up pictures, ballons and flowers for my sons 18th birthday.

I definitely recommend it.

One more thing... Sunrises and sunset on the balcony will add more years to your life
