Overall a good stay. Staff was quick and friendly.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast

Cons:

The beds and pillows need updated and the shower had pink bacteria so it’s needs a good scrub

They cancelled my room and were not helpful or accommodating about the inconvenience/trouble caused
Cons:

They cancelled my reservation post check in time ON THE DAY of my stay. I was working and needed to stay at the property as I was traveling with a coworker who was also staying there. Cancelled due to issues on their end but I was inconvenienced and had to make my own reservations at an adjacent hotel at a much higher price due to last minute reservation (because of this hotel cancelling on me) Mariel reached out about the cancelation initially and never followed up regarding the issue.

Great stay, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Pros:

When we checked in, Elijah at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It would've been nice to have a water dispenser available in the lobby to fill our water bottles as the water from the faucet in our room did not taste the best.

Comfortable/modern hotel but isolated
Pros:

Modern hotel with spacious suites. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Room location on 5th floor was a very long walk back to the main lobby. There is an outdoor mall but 15 min walk.

Quality room, great amenties. Breakfast was pretty good. Wish we could have stayed longer! I liked the balcony but didn't get to use it much. The shower was amazing!

Modern Residence Inn with great staff
Pros:

Thus hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is super helpful. The king suite was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was above average with fresh fruit and multiple hot choices.

Cons:

The location. Is isolated and next to a busy highway. An outdoor mall with restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.
