Персонал вежлив и обходителен. Хотел бы выделить девушку на ресепшене Элину-ответственна и приятна. Советую посетить массажный салон.

Наш номер -апартаменты с балконом. Светлые,большие две комнаты .В каждой комнате кондиционер и телевизор и диван.Кровать в спальне большая и удобная с дизайном. Подушки мне не подошли ,мужу понравились. Две комнаты с санузлом. Сантехника класса люкс. Большая ванная.Стиральная машина имеется.Кухонная зона,есть холодильник отдельный ,гостевой,есть и холодильник-бар. Большой стол с удобными стульями.Кофе-машина и на двоих капсулы. Все очень чисто и безупречно. Апартаменты очень понравились из за большого пространства ,чистоты,визуала. Спасибо большое. Спа центр входящий в стоимость проживания тоже понравился . Сауны и горячая и в меру,на выбор .джакузи есть.прохладный бассейн и теплый .чай и напитки и еду можно в ресторане заказать или как мы после сауны зашли в номер ,переоделись и поужинали. Все это удобно,в одном месте. класс!!

Расположение отеля в центре города, недалеко от парка. Персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Полотенца в номерах старые, застиранные, серые. Душевые не удобные, нет гигиенического душа. В душевой некуда повесить или положить одежду. В номерах есть чашки, но нет ложек, тарелок, салфеток. Есть только два пакетика чая/кофе нет. Завтрак: выбор небольшой, но голодным не останешься. Кофе с автомата больше одной чашки не дают, если захочешь вторую то платно. Официанты очень вежливые. Отель на 4 - (четыре с минусом).

Pros:

Из плюсов - Цена, Расположение, хорошая квадратура в номерах, завтраки хорошие. Несколько бассейнов. Приветливый персонал . Все замечания записали в заметку, и сказали что все исправят.

Cons:

Из минусов- напор воды был плохим, ковралан в номере был очень грязным, диван тоже не первой свежести. Нужно сделать химчистку.
