Pros:

Персонал вежливый и внимательный, всё чётко и без лишней суеты. Номер комфортный, кровать удобная. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные — каждый день что-то новое.

Особенно порадовала зона отдыха: два бассейна, джакузи с горячей водой, сауны и тренажёрный зал — всё в хорошем состоянии. Однозначно рекомендую!

Cons:

В тренажерный зал, к сожалению, только с 14 лет. Дети очень хотели побывать там(

Хостес на ресепшн подсказала вкусное место в городе на ужин

Cons:

Один момент может испортить все впечатление о месте и отеле
Спустились вечером в "ресторан" (скорее столовая без окон в подвале)
Так жестко запахом жаренного старого фритюра я пах только после дешевых привокзальных пирожковых в 90-е

Comfortable stay with good breakfast and great staff
Pros:

The room was plenty comfortable and the hotel itself is nicely appointed. The staff were amazing, being able to provide service in Kazakh, Russian, and English. The breakfast buffet was also great.

Cons:

The room was a bit simple for the price.

Pros:

Останавливаемся не первый раз. Все хорошо. Две комнаты. Но в этот раз окна в спальне выходили на крышу(возможно ресторана). Одну-две ночи переночевать- хороший вариант.

adequate place to spend a few nights on a busisness trip.
Pros:

It is an OK hotel, bit dated, but acceptable. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa and gym next to it for which you get as hotel guest free entrance.
