It was wonderful except for the mattress.
Pros:

Love the price, location, staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

I visited in October and the mattress was luxurious. I stayed in the same room recently and it was a different mattress and it was hard as a rock.

As expected no surprises
Pros:

Location in town is not bad right next to Walmart
Easygoing little place pretty quiet after dark

Cons:

Location of the driveway is sketchy if you are north bound on falls blvd n it is very hard to turn in if there is any traffic
