When we checked in the attendent at first didn’t give us a card key, so we went back to the front and got it but it was not working so we had to go back again.
Then when we got into the room several things were broken such as the side table and outlet. We saw two cockroaches in the room during our stay (photo attached), our sheets were heavily stained and the carpet and drapes had suspicious stains. Overall it was a bad stay and I would not go back. It felt dirty.
Everything was great except being placed on the 4th floor of the hotel.
We had a dog and being placed on the 4th floor was a pain in butt when having to let him out to go to the bathroom! Very limited breakfast, but that’s expected for the price.

The breakfast was very good! The front desk ladies are very nice and friendly!
The location is not what we desired. The TV setting in the room is weird, the WIFI is weak, constantly off and on.
Breakfast wasn't great but most Hotel Breakfast isn't. Location was alright, it was in a weird area. Not much to see. Was right next to a Cracker Barrel.
Parking was probably the worst. We stayed on a busy weekend. So we had to park out back.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready when I arrived. I like Cracker Barrel is right next door.

Rodents in the room. I had to switch rooms and I didn't get my deposit back.
The breakfast room is spacious and food is ok.
The door doesn't work; we have been communicated with the front desk and update the room card key; it was still not working, the lock looks old and broke; and finally, some janitor used some special tools spend 20mins to open the door for us.
Friendly and helpful front desk
Everything was great
So clean and breakfast was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Will def stay there again.
Location. Affordable. We got a cot free of charge after our son decided last second to stay with us. Very quiet.
Bathroom door didn’t shut in room 405. Floors were dirty in the room. Tv selections were not great. Cleaners in hallway were often taking up the whole hall in the mornings making it hard to walk through with a group of people or with bags.
The property had a very bad odour in the first room plus it was outdated and dirty. Linen from the 70s like everything else in the room. Put us in another room and it wasn’t hardly any better. would not recommend this place.
