They made my boyfriend drive to a different baymont hotel and purchase another 2 night stay. Saying he never had a reservation at the other location BUT STILL CHARGED HIM FOR BOTH SETS OF STAYS.

For one towel that my girls make up washes out in are washer is crazy asf! I mean all u have to do is wash the towel! Be careful with there towels!!

Room was relatively clean
Lobby was dingy carpets or runners not clean. staff all over lobby sorting laundry. TV did not function was not connected to internet?
Bed sheet had stains on it and took a long time to switch room almost an hour, got close to midnight until the issue was addressed
This Baymont is clean, more recently renovated and well priced for the area.
Probably an isolated incident but we didn’t have soap with the sink and no shampoo.
Stayed at this location as I was passing through the area on business. Hotel was completely booked that night of my stay due to local festival going on that upcoming weekend. Desk staff was friendly and efficient with the check-in process.
My room (king suite) was spacious and confortable. Room was well maintained and mostly clean, although some dirty linens had been left in the shower/bathroom. Room was located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway, so a fairly quiet and restful night of sleep. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.
Amentities were somewhat disappointing. Television only had a limited cable selection (~30 channels), and the WiFi didn't work during the entirity of my stay. Free breakfast in the morning was limited but enjoyable. Pricing for the stay was reasonable for everything included.
