Good location and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Very close to the beach which was awesome. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

I spend more than 8 minutes looking for the office. If you pass the office while driving you may have difficulties finding it by the instructions on the buildings, I found them a bit confusing. They own few buildings and after check in I had to look for a signage on buildings to find the room, buildings had names but that wasn't mention in the office, just the numbers of the room. We did find it and the stay was good.

Die Lage am Strand ist genial, das Hotelzimmer auch gut, alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Die Adresse bei Booking.com ist falsch. Dort befindet sich zwar die Unterkunft Die Rezeption ist 2 Straßen weiter am Oceandrive. Es gibt versteckte Hinweisschilder die aber abends schwer zu sehen ist. Hier sollte bei der Buchung ein Hinweis erfolgen

Great locations, basic rooms
Pros:

Location is great for the beach and bars etc.

Cons:

Too many potential fines. The whole lobby is littered with warnings about fines. It makes you feel very on edge about additional charges

Juste pour la proximité de la plage
Pros:

La proximité de la plage.

Cons:

Check in extrêmement long. La réception situé à 500m de la chambre qui gère tout le quartier et tres difficile à trouver. Idem pour le petit déjeuner situé encore plus loin et choix succinct. Toutes les tables sont dans une cour pas gênant avec le beau temps mais sinon?

Nada, nada del alojamiento era como lo que se ve en las fotos

Cons:

La recepción del hotel queda a 2 cuadras y eso lo no indicaron esta página, así que nos tocó caminar las 2 cuadras con todas la maletas a pleno sol de medio día, las personas nos atendieron muy mal totalmente desatentas, la habitación era muy diferente a la ofrecida en la página, el lugar no es familiar, hay demasiado bulla, demasiado licor, los restaurantes cercanos solo ofrecen comida chatarra y licor

They have a good location and staff, but everything else was sub par.

No HOT WATER. Took us an hour to get into our room, they had to reset the key card and there was only one staff person to check people in at 5 oclock on the first day of Spring Break, when check in starts at 4….

Disappointing facilities but great location
Pros:

The location was stunning and right on the promenade and beach and close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

Reception check in was in a different location round the block and when keys did not work it was a trek, the free breakfast was again in a different location round the corner which was a grab and go style with outside seating and it was pouring with rain. No basic utensils in kitchen i.e. mugs plates etc even though it is an apartment - these had to be requested from reception again another trek round the block so we did not bother - could not find the advertised pool! All in all it seems that there are a group of managed hotels sharing facilities which was not as advertised - staff rather surly
