Service at the front desk was slow. The team felt overwhelmed with the shop and the check in.

The amount of signage in the lobby and the potential fines and charges really give an impression that you’ll be penalised for doing something while there.
To be clear - we were not penalised but there seemed to be warnings about penalties for late check out, parking, fake service dogs, all sorts of things. It just felt like we would be find on entry and this made us nervous.

Office down the street to check in / out etc. Had to pay for ice!!

Il ne s’agit pas véritablement d’un hôtel mais de locations de chambres situées dans différents bâtiments. Les installations (salle pour les petits déjeuners, piscine, réception, etc.) sont toutes situées dans des bâtiments différents ce qui est compliqué à gérer pour les clients. Chambre non nettoyée. Petits déjeuners très succincts.

Had no idea the office where you check in is blocks away from the listed address where I got dropped off with my suitcases..No marking or instructions where to go. A random passerby had to help direct me and I dragged my suitcases blocks away. Was pouring rain, had to wait hours to check in as I didn't want to pay the fee. The breakfast is in yet another building. The TV was no good...no instructions how to use it. and the signal kept goig out. I was cold as no way to control room temperature. The "remote" with missing back cover and batteries that may not even be good...did not work. No lamps, no water glass to take medicines
There are a bunch of separate small motels spread over several blocks. The bathroom in "the office" was out of service...very confusing all around.

We booked an "oceanfront" room with a queen bed and got a reformatory room with no chairs. It was horrible. We went to the front desk the next morning and waited 45 minutes because the person in charge of opening was late. We were up charged to move out of our "got you" accommodations to an awesome suite. The water was off (because of a leak) and the AC was not working. The staff fixed both but overall, it was a disappointing 37th anniversary.

The wait time checking in it took too long, when I did get to my room the key card didn’t work so I had to go back and wait again. Had to have deposit for beach towels, pots n pans. Had to pay for ice. The pools are scattered all over the property they maintain. Breakfast ladies working was rude with their comments and attitudes

El desayuno muy temprano ( hasta las 9:15) y la persona que lo maneja, muy malos modales. Sugerencia: tomar los alimentos y desayunar en la habitacion

Cramped living/sleeping area. A lack of space around the sink/cooking section. Inadequate external dining/seating area squeezed into a makeshift "terrace". Inadequate indoor dining/seating area.
Listed item not available - safety deposit box, tile/marble flooring, additional toilet, electric kettle, tumble dryer.
The "so-called inclusive" breakfast consisted of bagels and coffee - I did not bother.
Overpriced premises. Poor value for money.
