Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings im Haus Mareike sind die Balkone auf die Durchfahrtstrasse hinaus und damit ist es schon am frühen Morgen recht laut geworden. Auch das äußere Erscheinungsbild erinnert an eine Kaserne.

Cons:

Siehe oben. Der Aussenbereich um die Frühstücksterasse ist etwas verwahrlost, mit kaputtem Springbrunnen und dürftiger Aussenbepflanzung. Schade.

-die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet .
- das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut
-das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

- wir hatten noch nie eine so schlechte Dienstleistung,
-angeblich war die Rezeption wegen eines Blitzeinschlags ( was bestimmt stimmt!) nicht besetzt
- sind erst mal ungeirrt, bis uns jemand erklärte wo wir hin müssen - anderes dazu gehörendes Hotel
- am Ende mussten wir wieder da hin um die Zimmerkarten abzugeben
- es hätte können , trotz technischer Probleme ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort sein
- während des ganzen Aufenthalts wurde nicht einmal übers Waschbecken und die Toilette gewischt , gesaugt wohl auch nur mal dünn drüber
- der handtuchwärmer hat wohl seit Wochen keine Reinigung erfahren
- mehrmals hatten wir Handtücher mit gelben Flecken ( was immer das war), das tauschen bei den Zimmermädchen war schwierig

Der Defekte Fahrstuhl während unseres Aufenthaltes ,da ich Schmerzpatient bin und beim Treppensteigen starke Schmerzen hatte da wir in der zweiten Etage untergebracht waren.Die nicht besetzte Rezeption in diesem Hotel da kein direkter Ansprechpartner vor Ort war.

Hotelanlage mit einigen Partnerhotels in der Nähe, Rezeption ist im Nachbarhotel - Achtung, der Eingang befindet sich auf der Seeseite. Rezeption 100m weiter im anderen Hotel, ist auf den ersten Blick nicht zu erkennen

Aufzug aufgrund Blitzschlag ausgefallen - dafür gabs keine Vergütung oder auch keine Zugabe.

Für längere Aufenthalte absolut spitze
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. Auch der Balkon war super, obwohl ich Ihn nur zum Trocknen von Badesachen benutzt habe. Die Lage ist schön in der Nähe der Strandstraße und es ist in der Nach ruhig. Das Frühstück war im Nebengebäude und das Buffett war sehr reichhaltig. Besonders gut hat mir die Morgenpost gefallen mit Tipps für den Tag in Rügen. Ein Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und der Rasende Roland sind fußläufig schnell und gut zu erreichen. Auch toll war der kleine Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt und man muss in das nahegelegene Strandhotel. Die Info wäre vor der Anreise sinnvoll gewesen. Leider war der Aufzug aufgrund Blitzeinschlag nicht nutzbar. In zwei Nächten waren meine Zimmernachbarn leider sehr laut.

Die Gegend sehr schön die Leute super nett! Und die Anbindung 👍 Das Hotel +Zimmer voll ok. Das Frühstück war für mich jeden Morgen das erste Highlight des Tages. 🤩😋

Cons:

Alles hat uns gut gefallen nur eine Sache nicht! Bei dem Einzug in unser Zimmer ist uns im Bad aufgefallen das es nicht so sauber war.( Haare in Dusche u Waschbecken)
