Pros:

Great rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful front desk staff. 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 12 minutes walk to the bullet train station. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Pros:

The accommodation was conveniently located close to Kyoto Station, which was definitely a big advantage. The room was spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and enough room to relax comfortably as well. I would especially like to highlight the shared lounge area on the ground floor, where complimentary coffee and tea were available, and there was plenty of space for guests to sit, chat, and relax. The reception staff were not particularly friendly, but they were helpful whenever we had questions. There were also washing machines available, although waiting times could be quite long because only three machines were shared and clothes often stayed in them for hours while drying. Overall, this was a place I would happily return to anytime.

Cons:

Servizio di lavanderia estremamente lento, tra lavatrice e asciugatrice che non asciuga bene ci vogliono ore e ore di attesa, aggiortele.

Nice facility and amenities, but a small room and off the beaten track.
Pros:

The staff was great. There was free, good quality coffee and free washer and dryer.

Cons:

The room was small, and we felt cramped. Also, the location was a little bit inconvenient to the things we wanted to do.

Had an amazing trip in Hiroshima.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean , had everything you need, just 15 minute walk to the station.

Cons:

The fact the toilet was on the ground floor, however we managed as we were only there for a couple of nights.

房間寬敞、提供的服務和設備周到，服務人員親切樂於助人，重要的是以非常實惠的價格可以住到這麼好的旅館，令人開心～

Cons:

沒有特別不滿意的點。雖然離京都車站有點距離，不過只有第一天和最後一天需要用Uber叫計程車幫忙運送行李，其他時候搭公車和電車都不難，我還開著皮克敏走路到伏見稻荷大社，沒有想像中的遠，也更有動力去京都車站以南的景點。

Pros:

Location was excellent with good connections via bus & train. Facilities provided were more than expected. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was exceptionally clean. Big praise to the staff who were very helpful & always available. Many thanks for the foot massager which was so very required after a long day. Highly recommended for a family stay.
