Pros:

The view of Mt. Fuji from the room

Cons:

Breakfast opens early, but only stays open for a short time.

The parking isn't close to the front door of the annex rooms and the path is not luggage friendly.

Un hôtel en haut/ Un supermarché en bas !
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et bien conçue. Les lits larges et confortables. Belle salle de bain.
Petit déjeuner au choix à réserver la veille.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé plusieurs hôtels au Japon et celui-ci était le plus onéreux et de loin...nous nous attendions à un certain standing...la photo de l'entrée de Booking n'est pas correcte ! Elle cache un supermarché qui occupe tout le rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment ! Pas trop glamour...de plus, odeurs de fritures! L'hôtel n'a pas de réception, juste un comptoir et la pièce est aussi la salle de petits déjeuners...pas de coin pour se relaxer, ni dedans, ni dehors...

Lovely quiet spot by the lake
Pros:

Great location in a quieter part of the lake, but still easy to get to by the sightseeing bus (bus stop is right outside). There are a couple of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. So close to the lake and you can see Fuji from the car park! Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast

Cons:

Expensive compared to other places in Japan - but does seem to be reasonable compared with neighbouring properties

A lovely little hotel
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel. The room was large, bathroom was very clean and appeared new. We were accommodated in the annex which was a short walk from reception but we had use of the lounge in the evening in the annex. It was well situated for several restaurants and near the art museum and musical forest. Breakfast was freshly prepared Japanese style, but also yoghurt and fruit.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Pros:

Always good place to stay in kawaguchiko lake area.
Especiallyb24/7 family mart.

Cons:

Some staff might need to calm.and listen when guests asked for help.
Technical.issue about card to access to the hotel.
Also, we accepted that staff would not be there on the time as they announced, but, easier to reachable when guests need help.

Ghibli Mt. Fuji stay
Pros:

Beautiful Ghibli style hotel, spacious rooms, comfy, great and friendly staff, with bathtubs with views to Mt. Fuji with ease access (bus stop in front of the hotel)

Clean, comfortable rooms. No views of Mt Fuji or the lake.
Pros:

Nice size rooms for Japan and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the lake and good paid breakfast ( be sure to make reservations for breakfast the night before.) Staff was kind and accommodating.

Cons:

I thought we would have a view of Mt Fuji and the lake from our rooms, but we had neither. We were walking distance to the lake which was nice. We had difficulty adjusting the temperature in the room (it was either on or off.) After riding the local bus/taking taxis back and forth into town, I wish I had booked rooms closer to town.

Clean place but a bit far off other locations
Pros:

Had everything you need for a simple stay

Cons:

A big fat off other places and it seemed the room wasn’t really prepared upon arrival. No Towel (I found one in the closet), also saw a skincare set at the reception but it wasn’t available in my room.

Also breakfast time was very early 7:30-8:45. I missed it by 5 min as I mistakenly read 9:45.

全体的には満足でした。
Pros:

・部屋の窓からは富士山が見えるので良かったです。
・一階にはコンビニがあり便利でした。
・室内も設備も非常に清潔感もあり綺麗でした。
・アメニティーの化粧水は雪肌精が無料貸出でした。

Cons:

・3人予約だったのに、洗面所の歯磨き用のコップが２つしかなかった。
・使い捨てのヘアブラシは欲しかった。髭剃りと同様にほしい人は取っていくようにしたら良いのに。
・ファミリータイプの部屋で畳に敷く布団のマットレスが薄くて体が痛かった。ベッドとの差が激しすぎてこれで同じ料金だと思うと改善したほうが絶対良い。
