Comfortable, well located hotel, a few minutes walk from the lake/Fuji views
Pros:

North side of the Lake so 2 minute walk to Lakeside views of Mt Fuji. Welcoming staff. Comfortable, good sized, quiet rooms. Tourist bus (red route) literally outside, 24 hour well stocked Family Mart (convenience store) below it. In house cake shop provided tasty sweet treats. Breakfast was pretty basic but fresh, limited options. Although not as well serviced with restaurants/shops as the south side of the lake, plenty of eating options (you get better views from the north side).

Cons:

Reception doesn’t open until check in time, although cake shop lady allowed us to place our bags in a secure corridor.

接待人員熱情，房間寬敞，攤開兩個28吋行李箱還有空間行走，備品齊全 床鋪舒適，停車很方便，步行到超商和湖邊都很近，推薦！早餐選擇法國吐司和和風餐點都很好吃。

Pros:

Staff was so friendly and polite. The room (I stayed in the annex) was very clean and spacious. It had traditional aspects but all the beds and fixtures were very up to date. Very good location with direct access to the bus stop and conbini, and a couple minutes walk from the lake, cafes, and good restaurants. The provided breakfast was a lovely experience too.

Pros:

優點：
1.飯店人員態度非常好 很友善
2.飯店門口就是公車站 方便
3.住邊間 從房間可以看得到富士山
4.飯店1樓就是全家 過個馬路有7-11 附近走個5-10分鐘有Lawson 方便！
5.飯店附近有個步道 可以繞著河口湖散步 天氣好的時候早上可以看得到在那邊看到非常漂亮的富士山（日出）

Cons:

1. 沒有電梯 所以行李很重就有點麻煩（但樓梯旁邊有斜坡可以讓你推）
2. 離車站公車要20分鐘 有點小遠

Perfect hotel for short stay

Everything. Perfect place to stay at an excellent price. All the receptionists were world class.

Nothing.... This really was perfect. The only thing to watch out for is that transportation in this region can be patchy. For example book taxis days in advance if you need them at peak times. But that's nothing to do with the hotel which was perfect

Good area for Mount Fuji views
Pros:

Really great location for the lake and Mount Fuji. The rooms were comfortable and there is a nice communal area. There are buses and taxis to take you to the main town and several dining options close by.

Cons:

One of the other guests did not respect the no shoe rule and there was some noise from the room above. There is a set breakfast rather than choices.

If you want a nicer place, pay the price. It worth it
Pros:

We only dealed with one gentleman when checking in and out . He is very nice. The bathroom is very new. They provided comfortable slippers and nicer towels.

Cons:

I found the cover of one stool had stain.
