Pros:

服務人員親切友善，給予很多交通資訊的建議，早上還有親切的服務人員準備早餐，地點很不錯清幽又方便附近的餐廳也都很好吃，對面就直接可以看到富士山風景是最棒的，我會推薦給我每位家人跟朋友下次我自己還要再來住。

交通稍微會有點受到限制，但如果是自駕就完全沒問題

Pros:

住宿地點距離河口湖車站有點距離，想要來住宿的可以自駕或是選擇在河口湖車站搭乘周遊巴士紅線，在第15站下車也很方便，樓下就是超商，想吃甚麼都有；早上很推薦日出時直接往前走到湖邊觀賞富士山，清晨水氣比較少才有機會看到完整的山喔，為什麼要來看?因為山就在那邊阿

Cons:

樓下雖然有超商是好事，但剛好遇到有重機車隊三更半夜停下來補給，睡在樓上就直接被引擎轟鳴聲吵到，來的時候吵一次，離開時再吵一次，這不是旅館的問題，但就是可能會發生；旅館在二樓沒有電梯沒有電梯沒有電梯，所有行李都要用要扛的，這很重要；旅館位置有點偏遠，附近只有超商跟兩家傅託店，公車只有開到6點，晚餐要先規劃。
