Comfortable, affordable and clean
Pros:

For the price of the room, the breakfast with its waffle offerings exceeded my expectations. The bed was supremely comfortable. Location was fine with easy access to I-29. Wi-Fi access was also consistent.

Cons:

Kind of wish there was a way to watch Netflix or other streaming services on TV either through a TV app or by casting from the phone. But I supposed with how inexpensive the room was, that might be too nitpicking.

Very nice place with friendly staff and clean rooms.
Pros:

The building was easy to find and well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable and looked to be recently updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I especially enjoyed Sally who checked me in.

Cons:

Options at breakfast were a little sparce and the elevator did not always run properly
