Pros:

Special shout out to housekeeping team — Ani, jojo , Uki, Maulana—; our room had the napkins made with music theme -piano and guitar, etc. That was a pleasant surprise. Rest everything else was also good.

Pros:

Mooi en schoon hotel. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we konden zelfs eerder inchecken. Locatie is ook goed, dichtbij goede warungs en restaurants.

Cons:

We sliepen naast de lift, wat soms wat gehorig kan zijn.

للأسف سكنت في غرفة التكييف فيها معطل ثم طلبت الخروج او تغيير الغرفه وتم تغيير الغرفه لغرفه اسواء تكييف ومعطل ثم تم تغيير الغرفه مره ثالثه لم استطع النوم واظطريت للخروج لعملي وتغير الفندق

Very friendly and honest staff. Important asset for the company.
I left my purse with moneys and they look after it.

Cons:

No hand towel in the bathroom !
Need paper/note with pen/pencil.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and honest.

Cons:

Its only a small thing, there's hand towel rail/hook but never there when we are in, so I've to ask/remind the domestic staff to add.
We just need it after washied hands.

Also need some note/paper plus pen/pencil.

Absolutely recommended!
Pros:

Very good hotel in downtown Jakarta. Very friendly staff, There are many restaurants and streetfood options in the area. Very close to shopping malls, national museum and national monument

Cons:

There is no restaurant for lunch/ diner. Room service can be ordered from a nearby sister hotel. However, only for a minimum amount and till 9 or 10 pm only.
