if you want to be treated like a criminal despite being a paid customer, stay here.
Pros:

didnt have the breakfast. only good thing was the shower, bed was pretty good, and i liked the design/aesthetics.

Cons:

just about everything...difficult check in, the phone in the room didnt work at all-completely non-functional. extremely rude front desk, and i mean extremely rude. we were shouting at one another by the end of it. i will never, ever be back.

Pros:

If was super clean, well appointed, very comfortable bed and the staff was super nice and helpful.
The hotel was in a nice safe neighborhood.

Scrupulously clean, well-located & pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable & close to family we were visiting.

Cons:

No self-parking. Valet fee was too expensive. We had to arrange drop off/pick up. Had trouble getting the heater in room to work - finally kicked in at 3:00 am.
