Pros: there is a Wi-Fi ready to help the girls at the reception (they gave my son a deep plate when he needed it), a good location from the beach - 2 steps, a beautiful facade of the building, there is stable hot water - a big plus.
Cons: we got the bed linen with stains, although after our request it was quickly changed- thanks for that. The unpleasant smell of dampness and mold is a huge disadvantage. We would have stayed for another 2-3 nights if not for this fact. It's unpleasant to be here. There was also some kind of mystical problem at night - I woke up 5 times from strange sounds, similar to the rustling of a snake somewhere. This has never happened to me anywhere. And in the morning, my husband actually saw a snake in the hallway. A little, but it doesn't change the case. There were also bugs in the room and large worms in the hotel corridor - probably because the windows are open day and night. It's scary.
Please remove the smell of mustiness and rot and put the walls in order! And we will come to you again!
Another disadvantage is that there are no family rooms. We were with the children and had to take different rooms not very close to each other. Still, we need to be more hospitable to families with children - we pay a lot everywhere.
Love the bed comfiness, the location is walking distance to the beach. Need more improvement to the cleanliness and pay attention

nothing we checked out after 1 day
food was not avaliable untill 12 , could not buy breakfast , room especially toilet area not clean , room full of ants and so was property , most food run out when ordering .
we left property after 1 night ( we booked 3 nights )staff were polite and doing best job they could . Owner manager needs to do a better job , electrical bed lights , 1 hanging by wires other removed and wires folded into wall , tv didnt work asked to look at and next day still not working .
we went to a local homestay half the price and better , the premises looked run down and lack of cleanliness and repair . i would like 2 days refunded by property .
