The Hotel staff here will steal your credit card information and run up charges at food places around town. The Hotel manager / owner will even bail out their staff after they have been arrested for fraud and then allow them to continue to work there.
Long story short. The husband and wife duo Tonya Mayes and her husband have been known to steal elderly peoples credit card information and use it. The two of them will order things online then pick it up in person; the fraud even gets caught on camera when they do it. The hotel owner allows them to stay in the hotel in exchange for cleaning if they are willing to steal credit card information and use it they are definitely willing to steal belongings from peoples room. The police then arrested this woman and the hotel owner bailed her out and then allowed her to continue to work at this hotel in the same capacity. The criminal didn't even show up for court after being bailed out. The owner offered to pay me for the loss in money and he never sent the money.
I reached out to corporate and Wyndham told me there was nothing they could do because the hotel was privately owned. They didn't even offer to compensate me.
Things wrong with the hotel:
- Dirty rooms
- Door hinges are compromised
- TVs don't have Cable and remotes have no backs
- No sugar or cream in the rooms for coffee
- Back entry has no key pad that works
- Dishonest Practices
- False charges

Thank goodness it was only for one night!
Pros:

There were no evidence of bed bugs and the location was convenient.

Cons:

Where do I start…
- AC made noise all night
- window was unlocked upon arrival
- pillows were absolutely worn out
- lamp by bed had broken lamp shade
- bathroom was had been touched up with the wrong color paint and looked horrible
- missing sink stopper
- light over sink had only one working bulb
- remote control was missing the cover for the batteries
- overall cleanliness was lacking- the place needed a good deep cleaning
