Great location and amazing welcoming staff!
Pros:

This location was perfect for us! Close to Indianapolis, lots of food and grocery options close by and all the amenities were great! Clean, welcoming staff, free breakfast, bar area, nice pool and gym area. Would highly recommend this location!

Remote home base
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel on business since it has opened. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by the staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. Never done a review and I am writing this as I will not be going back as I am retiring. Looking back the travel was tough but everyone there made it feel like home. We have team members staying weekly and again cannot say enough. Whitney the manager has been awesome and Yuri and Josue on the front desk are the bomb.

Nice room would stay again except for the bed.
Pros:

Stayed here over Valentines weekend. We had an awesome location and the room was very nice and clean. There was one issue and it is the pillows and bed. The pillows are not firm and neither is the bed. I left there with back issues.

NO REGRETS WITH THIS HOTEL
Pros:

We liked the hotel. Stayed there as a family of 5. Clean room and good breakfast. Was not able to use other facilities due to length of stay but saw the indoor pool.
Stayed in room which had kitchenette. All appliances were clean and fully working
Lot and lots of shopping/eating places nearby
Would stay again if needed.

Exceptionally pleased.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Loved how friendly the staff was and the location was great. There’s a Walmart, Kroger and plenty of food options right in the area.

Cons:

The bed hurt my back, but I have back issues so should’ve brought my pillow with me. If you like healthy options for breakfast then it’s for you. I was hoping for a basic egg, potatoes and bacon option.

It was a very nice place to stay at. Other than some noise issues, it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
Pros:

The location and room set up was great. The room was clean as well, and the staff was nice.

Cons:

It wasn’t very sound proof, and there was some random sounds that would pop up once in a while. One of them was from the kitchen cabinets. It would start making knocking sounds when the person upstairs was moving, which was all the time.

New Years Eve Wedding
Pros:

My family stayed at the Greenwood Residence Inn Dec. 29 through Jan.1. We were all coming to this area for my sons wedding. We had a block of 27 rooms. The entire staff could not have been any nicer. They allowed us to use the meeting room to host a pizza party for those that had come to Greenwood but not attending the rehearsal dinner.
Everyone loved how spacious the rooms were and the price was very affordable.
I highly recommend this location!!!!

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

We are Marriott members and this hotel is excellent! Clean and spacious room. Staff were super friendly!! We will definitely add this location to our “stay again” list!
