Very comfortable
Pros:

The most important feature of any hotel, and any room, for this season, is warmth. Having stayed in many facilities, this hotel scores highly for heating. Both radiators inside the room, itself, and in all the halls, were on constantly-throughout a 24 hour period. This is simply not the case with many hotels, even the £40 a night establishments.

Cons:

Drove 2.5 hours home at 10:30pm dried bogeys on walls in the room and I left with food poisoning.
Cons:

Everything. I’ve gotten food poisoning from the abysmal food served, after hardly even eating any of it! The rooms, where to even start? The bedding was dirty and had holes in it. The extractor fan in the bathroom had never seen a duster it was packed full of thick dust! Mould on the bathroom ceiling. And the worse of it all? DRIED BOGEYS on every wall in the room!!!!!! Some the size of oranges. So bad we drove 2.5 hours home at 10:30pm! No one there to check us in when we arrived just after 3pm. One guy tried to charge us double the price of 2 Pepsi’s until the other staff member corrected him.

Compared to other facilities, The Tamarind had radiators on, throughout the day and night

Worst place ever
Pros:

Extremely cheap for several nights

Cons:

Mould, filth, noise, no locks on outside doors, no storage, tv didn't work, staff wouldn't supply basic essentials like loo roll or towels, constant smell of cannabis and police visiting everyday. No one there when checking in and sworn or laughed at when requesting basic essentials

Cons:

No staff on site. The previous issue of paedofile hunting gangs doing rescue did leave doors smashed off hinges. An exciting stay but really not yhe purpose of a hotel.

Cons:

The child hostages situation was a little much. As was the surprise armed response by a undercover rescue ring of paedofile hunters.

Probably not going to do that again as needed sleep to work.

Vile.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I am writing this review as a warning to others. Our stay was nothing short of a nightmare and a health risk to my family, including our 10-month-old baby. The condition of the room was unacceptable, we discovered blood stains and live bed bugs in the bedding. The roof was leaking directly onto the pillows, and the beds themselves were broken and structuraly unsound.
The cushions were damp, and the entire room reeled of heavy mold and stale cannabis. The environment was completely unsafe for an infant. Despite these appalling conditions, we have received zero response from the owner and are still waiting for a full refund.
Avoid this place at all costs. The lack of basic cleanliness and the complete disregard for guest safety and lack of communication is disgraceful.

Cons:

The cleanliness, unfortunately our experience wasn't good at all. The room we had (12) was extremely dirty and did not resemble any of the advertisements on the website. It's unfortunate because the staff were pleasant.
