Cons:

The property was getting renovated therefore breakfast was not available. The hotel daily fee includes the breakfast charge which I paid full price. And no type of refund was offered. Instead they wanted guest to cancel their reservation and book elsewhere.

Nothing. Had to leave. Fire issue.

Room smelled. It was dirty. The fire dept closed the place down.

Pros:

I did not stay. They tried to charge an additional $150. The employee was rude and was on her phone throughout the lack of communication. She seemed disturbed when I asked any questions.

Cons:

The building looked as if it was falling in.very dirty from parking lot into the building.
I cancelled the room and have not heard back or been refunded my money.
