Horrible. Probably one of the worst stays of my entire traveling + hotel life.

Cons:

No breakfast. No coffee. The loud security alarm went off every time you exited the hotel. No breakfast. No coffee. No pots, pans or cutlery were available for the hotel guests.

Unwelcoming front desk agent
Pros:

Good beds, comfortable enough. Nice bathroom

Cons:

Front desk agent was not welcoming. Didn't say hello, first thing was "how can I help you", and then after I said I have a reservation she just handed me the key without telling me the room number, floor of where the elevator is. It felt dismissive.
Bad Odor: There is a persistent, unpleasant smell throughout the hallways and corridors.

Well worth it.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best part. Wasn't expecting such a wide variety.

Pros:

I liked the variety in the breakfast - bacon, sausage, eggs, grits, potatoes, muffins, fresh fruit, selection of breads, waffles. When I checked in the front desk lady was very nice.

Had a great stay, thank you!
Pros:

All the facilities have been updated and is modern, beds are comfortable, gym is clean, parking very close, accessible and free, breakfast was so good, all staff has been very helpful, very pleased with our stay here. A little over half an hour to get to Ginnie Springs. Highly recommend!

Cons:

There was a loud group of people up until 1am, so it took us a while to fall asleep because of the noise, but not hotels fault. Just something that happened while we were there.

Nice stay
Pros:

Courteous and professional staff. Very nice hotel and location is great adjacent I75. U of F, Shands Hospital and VA Hospital, only a short drive away.
