Pros:

The customer service was very polite my room was available they gave me an option of which floor would I like to be on there's plenty of parking in the room was cute.

Cons:

There was no blanket and some of the plugs in my room didn't work but it didn't make the stay difficult because I was able to turn the heat up and I just plugged what I needed to plug up across the room versus next to the bed.

Tim Horton coffee lovers!
Pros:

My wife and I were very impressed with the Receptionist when we arrived yesterday about 6:30pm and the breakfast hostess (nicknamed Tim Horton by me).

Cons:

There were no movie choices on the TV.

It was inexpensive, relatively comfortable, but worn and unclean.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean.

Cons:

The room itself was not in good condition; the carpet was quite worn, the bed frames, especially the base, were quite dirty, and there was an obvious lack of vacuuming around the edges of the walls, and especially under the bed, where there was a thick layer of dust and some trash from previous occupants.

The bathroom was in rough condition, with peeling paint on the ceilings, and surface mold on parts of the ceiling.
