Pros:

Room was spacious, functional with large balcony, property administration was easy to deal with and check in was simple. Location was great but sadly lacking any view. Price was fair and reasonable. Would stay again and recommend as base from which to enjoy surrounding events and venues. Simple low cost updates to this apartments facilities and furnishings would go a long way.

Cons:

Shower was horrible and urgently needs regrouting, fittings replaced and a screen rather than a curtain. Glasses, cutlery and crockery were dirty and balcony plus window spiderwebs were thick and solid. Contact peeling from laminated cupboards.

Apartment from hell
Pros:

They had the correct amount of rooms listed

Cons:

The place was dirty, had holes in the walls and furniture, and tears in the carpet. The shower head fell off mid shower and was unable to reconnect, the bathtub was leaking, there were cockroaches absolutely everywhere and it seemed as if the duvet had not ever been cleaned. The photos are not of the actual apartment

WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT, SHOULDN'T BE RENTED AS SHORT TERM "HOLIDAY" ACCOMODATION, IMO.

THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE WERE MISLEADING SHOWING IT IN GOOD & CLEAN CONDITION. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STATE OF THIS APARTMENT. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. STAINED LOUNGES, CARPETS ROTTED IN PLACES, KITCHEN DRAWERS NOT CLOSING, MISSING CUPBOARD DOOR, WALLS IN KITCHEN HAD FAT WITH DUST ON THEM. DAMAGED GYPROCK WALLS, EVEN HAD A LARGE HOLE FROM FRONT DOOR HANDLE. DUSTY/DIRTY IN GENERAL. HAD TO CLEAN KITCHEN BENCH AND PLATES/GLASSES/POTS BEFORE USE. ONE GLASS EVEN HAD DRIED ORANGE JUICE/PULP LEFT IN IT AND PUT INTO CUPBOARD. CURTAIN RAIL BROKEN, LAUNDRY CUPBOARD DOOR NOT WORKING, ASSUME THIS IS THE REASON FOR CLOTHES DRYER IN THE LOUNGE ROOM???

Room for improvement
Pros:

Location was good, right across Albert Park, also the tram was convenient close. Bed was good and spacious appartment

Cons:

Cutlery an cook wear was really in poor conditions. Had one pot lit that didnt fit and difnt had a propper handle. The bathtub / shower is outdated and in convrnient to use. Place defnitively requires dome renovations. Also the onboarding experience was horrible, had to do everything onine. Then redid everything on arival.. and the online experience wss horrible!

The only thing that I liked was the elevator and parking at a $20 fee a day.

Cons:

There were cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen on the floor walls and counters. They were in the bathroom as well. The TV is old. The aircon in the bedroom didn't work. The tap in the bathroom was terrible it kept splashing us. No liquid hand soap in the bathroom. There was only a flat sheet on the bed and not a fitted one so it kept coming off.

Comfortable and close to where I wanted to be
Pros:

Was in the same block that my son lived so was perfect

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest and the crockery was chipped and saucepans had no handles. Luckily didn’t cook much.
