Absolutely disgraceful! Worst accomodation! Do bro stay here. It’s a drug spot.

The property is atrocious. The pictures being advertised are nothing like the rooms. We were moved to 2 different rooms all in the same condition. We accepted the 2nd room as it was late in the night and we had not other option. We spent nearly the entire night out of the room bc it smelt like a burnt meth lab and all fixtures and fittings were broken or damaged. We checked our first thing in the morning and requested a refund, to no avail. All appliances did not work others were not for purpose.

Good location, well equipped apartment
Pros:

Great location, 15 min walk from St Kilda pier and the shops, and trams/buses stop just across the road. Spacious apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, big kitchen and everything you need for a longer stay.

Cons:

A little bit aged with a few signs of wear and tear, could’ve done with a refresh in places. Is located on a dual carriageway so can get a bit noisy.

Check in process required a $200 deposit which I was not aware of when I booked.

Great value for money
Pros:

Can't complain at all for the price! The apartment has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, gym, saunas, TVs in the bedroom and living room, balcony. It's in a great location for public transport into the city and can easily walk to the beach and high street. The staff are friendly and replied to anything we needed promptly. Laundry powder and dishwasher powder provided for the machines too.

Cons:

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, but didn't bother us too much.

Absolut Abgewohnt!
Das Mobiliar = Sperrmüllniveau, Kernschrott.
Risse in den Gardinen, der Bodenbelag stellenweise durchgetreten bis auf den Estrich, die Tischplatte z.B. nicht fest montiert, mit Schmutzflecken übersäte Sitzmöbel. Das Dekorfurnier der Küchenschränke war teilweise abgelöst. Die Küchenausstattung insgesamt und die Kochgeräte in erbärmlichem Zustand und zusammengewürfelt.
Bei Bedarf kann Fotomaterial versendet werden.
