Pros:

Even tho I had to use and translation app the girls at the front desk went beyond bilief with all my request , also they were very pleasant, great service I would highly recommend Cocoland hotel.

Pros:

We booked and paid for 2 nights at this facility but left after one night. Extra bed was left outside by our room. Service is nonexistent, pool has lounge chairs with no cushion, breakfast is horrible. The location is isolate, no place to eat except at the resort restaurant.
We came one hour early, the place is empty , Poe room is ready but was told company policy we must wait until 2
. No welcome drink, no one bother to greet us
Our reservation included dinner on booking. Com but was told offer only valid for March.
The place sale day pass and pool entrance so be ware if you considered booking at this property
You may get better experience at boutique hotel in town

Resort did NOT have our hotels.com reservation!
Pros:

The 5 employees who were so helpful in trying to find our reservation were so helpful and friendly. I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. I got on the chat feature and started what turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal to unravel this misadventure. After that fiasco, our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. Our only other bad experience was that all of the amenities were closed for our visit. No spa, none of the 3 bars were open, two of the three pools were closed, and the restaurant's menu was incredibly limited. However, the grounds are beautifully kept, we felt very safe, and I would stay there again, but not through hotels.com

The only guest!
Pros:

The hotel is well conserved and taked care, but it's abandoned! It's sad but it was a regular weekend and I was the only guest and the problem with this is that the infraestructure it's not up for that. At breakfast, of course they couldn't do a buffet, but then i could peak from 3 choices on a menu. The only option was eggs with bread, but they didnt have bread, so I had eggs and cucumber! At night on dinner, it was the same, most of things they didnt have. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you depend on them for eating. On the other side the staff doesnt try to help and dont understand english at all.

Quiet and Peaceful place to stay
Pros:

The villa resort is very beautiful and the people there are very friendly and helpful. The villa with river view is great for sitting outside and relaxing. The villa unit itself was very big and clean. Wonderful stay and worth the value to stay.

Pros:

Great place to stay. Looks like pictures. One thing I appreciate is that they do not try to stop you from using local services. Order seafood across from resort. Further, if you want to rent a boat, the resort will help you and book you a local person. I appreciate the owner is local so helps local people.

Best resort in Quang Ngai
Pros:

This resort is schedules to be "officially" open in August. Since all the hotels in Quang Ngai are old and outdated, I took a chance on this resort since there are no reviews for this resort on hotel.com nor Trip Advisor. Having said that, this resort is AWESOME! Staff were able to communicate well in English and everyone was super friendly. My only regret is not staying here longer. I was in town for a wedding.
